I called for a dinner takeout order at 2pm. I asked what time would work best (it was a Friday after all). I was told that my order would be ready at 6:30.
It's 7:45. I've been waiting for well over an hour... and there are six orders ahead of me! When I inquired about how much longer it would be. I was told "probably a little longer" No apology or any sort of recognition about my concern. Lousy customer service to say the least.
The absolute best fish and chips in town. Highly recommended
