I used to go often to the Guelph store on Wellington, but lately the service is not friendly, no smiles, and don’t know about the product. I will now go out of my way to a different fast food place so the person serving me at least looks at me when dealing with them. Too many times now I have not be pleased with service

The restaurant was filthy. Someone was mopping the floors but the mat needed vacuuming. My teen burger didn't taste like it should. The onions are usually grilled to soften them. They were hard & the tomato was stale. I couldn't eat all the burger. The fries were dry. The washroom was disgusting & needed cleaning but the person cleaning the front never bothered to check. The girl cleaning went back behind the counter to serve without washing her hands. I am so disgusted I'll be staying away from all A&W's & it used to be the only fast food restaurant for me

Spent $63.88 as in the receipt, asked for cheese in my chubby chicken. Took a bite there was no cheese went asked them to fix it, they gave me these look put a slice of cheese in a bag and gave it to me, I asked for them to give me what I ordered and payed for was so disappointed went back to my table pissed! My cheese was cold and hard in a bag not melted on my chicken patty, my daughter had to go talk nasty to them so they finally did it right. Rude is what these employees are talking about us giving us these dirty look gossiping like they are in highschool. Management you suck at hiring good employees!! Employees if you hate your job so much simply leave it and get something where you don’t need any costumer service!!
