The night shift is running a scam with the uber app by giving the orders to the wrong driver. Multiple times they gave my uber eats order to the wrong driver and then tell the driver who is picking it up someone else took the order and make the customer cancel it charging them a cancellation fee.

Popped in just after lunch for a treat on the drive home and received a teen burger with a rock hard patty and mushy cold fries. Very disappointing to spend $16 on something that used to be good quality as far as fast food goes. Why are all the A&Ws going downhill so quick? Do better. Don’t think I’ll give you another chance though.

This A&W was very clean and cozy. Washrooms were nice, clean and secured when not in use. Unfortunately I noticed all staff except the cashier were not wearing gloves while handling the food. The onion rings weren’t good and it ended up going straight through me. Nice place to wait out the cold but the food handling safety needs to be better

Breakfast was called. The toast was called. The butter wasn’t even melted and no offence to the homeless people they took up three booths two of them were sleeping in the booth. One was just dancing to the music. The music was very loud. My mom couldn’t hear a thing she’s got hearing aids wouldn’t go back.
