Just plain garbage!! Food thrown together Luke warm and burger dry and fries cold ! Wanted money back lead hand can’t authorize. Walked out without eating and no money back. She did offer to remake order but unfortunately we were time restricted. She gave a managers card with no refund !! We will be moving forward and following up with manager.

Hash browns were soaked and leaking grease through the bag.
The bacon and eggers were gross, lifeless and barely edible.
The onion rings were stuffed and crumbled to bits… not a ring in sight.
It was honestly harder to destroy the breakfast the way they did, then make it right!
Both employees appeared to be asleep upon my arrival…
Coffee was hot, fresh and tasty; hence the second star for food.
At least if these were the $1.99 items of old… sadly, the above mentioned mess was $33

Ordered a masala veggie burger combo , received a beef patty wrapped in lettuce .. called staff no one picked call . If anyone from management is seeing this please rehire your staff . Staff don’t know that they are doing…… no spoons forks .

Ordered a breakfast wrap in drive thru. Received a wrap that I finished in 2 bites for $3 plus tax. Crazy expensive for the portion size. Not good value at all. It's insane the level of corporate greed. McDonald's and Harvey's is way more affordable.
I have been to this location twice now and both times I’ve seen the workers do things that just gross me out. The first time I went I watched the young later at the front wipe her nose with her hand then continue to bag the drive thru order without washing her hands. The last time I went was this past weekend and while waiting for my food I watch the cook in the back put raw meat in the grill with his bare hands, which would be fine but he didn’t wash his hands after. He took a dry paper towel and wiped his hands with it then went and started making orders again with his bare hands that weren’t washed… I went up to the counter and told the cashier and asked her to get him to wash his hands and re make the food that was contaminated with raw meat. Safe to say I won’t be coming back to this location, just gross.

My wife and I tried the Spicy Piri-Piri Potato Buddy and the Masala Veggie Burger, but both were lukewarm and poorly prepared.
It was a very disappointing experience.
