Second time having all you can eat wings. Wings aren't big, but the flavours are really nice with the new menu update. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting some AYCE and Asian fusion wangs

I was in an unsafe situation with a man and was crying and the bouncer wouldn't let me in because "something happened"... obviously. It was the same bouncer many of these negative reviews are about. He was rude, discriminatory, and although I love this bar, I will never be back as I can't believe I, as a young female, was disregarded so quickly and so rudely.
I recently had the misfortune of visiting Bad Luck Bar and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, my friends and I were greeted with water and a food menu, but the service quickly went downhill from there.
Despite there being four employees behind the bar, including the manager, we waited for what felt like an eternity without anyone bothering to take our drink orders. When I finally approached the bar to inquire about a drink menu, I was handed a cocktail menu with the disappointing news that they only had ingredients for three of the drinks. Moreover, their so-called "basic" drink menu was apparently only available at another table, as if they only possessed a single copy.
After further delays, I took matters into my own hands and ordered four shots of Casamigos Blanco at the bar, only to be met with incompetence and overcharging. The bartender hesitated, claiming they might not have enough of the liquor, and when I suggested using the other bottle on display, I was slapped with an outrageous bill of $131.00. Shocked but unwilling to create a scene, I reluctantly paid it.
To add insult to injury, when we finally received the drink menu from another table, we discovered that Casamigos was listed at $14.00 a shot, yet I was charged a staggering $29.00 per shot. When I attempted to address the issue with the manager, she dismissed me with the excuse that they were between menus at the moment and it hadn't been updated. She also mentioned that this issue was "above her paygrade" and made no effort to rectify the situation. Even after requesting to speak with the owner, the response was equally dismissive and unhelpful.
It's worth noting that the bar was not even remotely busy, with only a handful of tables occupied, including ours and a solitary patron at the bar. The lack of customers certainly cannot be blamed for the appalling service and blatant overcharging.
In conclusion, my experience at Bad Luck Bar was nothing short of a nightmare. From the abysmal service to the exorbitant prices and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction, this establishment has earned its reputation for bad luck in spades. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. Unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the name of this establishment suits the experience. Drinks were not properly measured, food order was wrong, bad service and none of the arcade games actually work. At the end of the night, our server put all of my groups food and drinks in one tab, despite advising that we would be paying separately. Must be better bars in the Guelph scene!

Too many things were out of order/broken, we never got to use anything and when asked to be refunded it was rejected. The staff seemed annoyed when interacted with, crummy mumble rap is played all night, and the "manager" could give a damn. Ladies bathroom was the coolest part. Game Over!

The door dog is the only reason you get an extra star.Games are broken and took our money. No refunds.Mens bathroom is boring. (Been told the women's one has cool lights).A chair was broken too. (We almost fell)
