The coffee shop has a cozy vibe, but spotting mosquitoes inside the display case with the snacks was a bit of a buzzkill. They really need to step up and take better care of the food on display.

I cannot count the amount of people I have recommended this place! The coffee is AMAZING every single time! The service is always very good and is super clean! If you go you MUST try the almond croissant and a cappuccino made with macadamia milk, you will NOT regret it ❤️
Food and service were great. Was disappointed in the coffee. They have it in carraffes. I expected it to be way stronger Maybe it's my Starbucks experience and my west coast taste.

I have been frequent visitor at Balzac's - my previous experiences was so wonderful but this time I felt bit Ripoff (turmeric Latte was absolutely worst...it was nothing bit steam foam....amount you charge for this....????? It was literally Ripoff.. sorry it was very disappointing ????
