I have been frequent visitor at Balzac's - my previous experiences was so wonderful but this time I felt bit Ripoff (turmeric Latte was absolutely worst...it was nothing bit steam foam....amount you charge for this....????? It was literally Ripoff.. sorry it was very disappointing ????

Heard lot about this coffee shop in Guelph’s social media pages. Usually I go to cut bar for my haircut and today I stopped by this place. Inside environment was amazing. Very clean & cozy place. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Since it was my first visit I let the staff recommend a hot drink & she recommended the white chocolate latte. The latte was very delicious. I will definitely visit this place again.

Bad and unhappy costomer service .The cashier lady cum Barista whoever was there at the store on 6th Feb 2024 at 5:15pm was rude with me and my 8 yr old child . Though I like coffee here but with staff like this I would never come back here.

First time I went in, the atmosphere is really friendly and chill. Lots of students hanging out or studying. Batista was polite and fast. My complaint is that the frappe I got was ridiculously overpriced for its small size. Well beyond any coffee place I've ever been to anywhere. It was the equivalent cost of a large bubble tea. The drink itself was just ok.
