This is the first time I've been served complete crap at this location. Ground beef was bland, dry, and not seasoned. I had to rip burrito apart and season it myself. I don't have time in my life to take things back. Next time I am in, I am going to mention it to the manager or whoever. I'm not looking for a free meal. I'm looking for an excellent meal. Next one better be off the hook or I won't be returning. I will update at that time.

We came at 8pm and the staff had already put all the meat, rice and beans away. So we got a cold burrito and she forgot the meat. Very disappointing. They were still open for another hour.

Don’t bother going in the evening - they leave the sign on that they are open but put everything away and stop serving well before the posted closing times.

I’ll be honest — I had a bad experience at this location once before, so I was hesitant to go back. But I gave it another shot two days ago… and I’m so glad I did.
Everything was on point: the meat and veggies were super fresh, the service was fast, and the overall vibe was way better. I asked for an extra scoop of pineapple salsa (my fave), and the guy working there generously gave me two extra scoops. Total legend.
I forgot to ask his name, but he was really cute and had such a chill, charming personality. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. Honestly, he made the whole experience better.
Keep it up, man — I’ll definitely be back again soon.

Apparently they have a canadian culture which they follow of not to accept orders 30 minutes before their posted closed timing and wont serve you if ur there 30 minutes before closing

It was 28° outside and 40° inside because the owner didn't fix the ac for days. Guy working was sweating all over and kept on wiping himself to make sure his sweat didn't go in food. Poor working condition and if any care for the workers at all.

So locally we have 2 of these stores. This particular one we went to one time. The food was lackluster at best, but we decided to TRY it again. The second time, we ordered & then they told us cash only. There was no sign on the door or any inside to communicate this. Then they were made we wanted to cancel our order because we didn't have cash on us.

The cheese tasted like melted plastic & how someone screws up a cheese quesadilla is BEYOND me.

After that second experience we went to the other location where the gentleman was kind, sweet, extremely helpful with allergies and totally cared!

Absolutely pathetic . Hardly any toppings added. Each topping the lady put on was literally a pinch. I don’t know what’s happening to barburrito.. used to be a good place to get burritos but now they are all horribly managed.
I thought I’d give them one more try but lesson learned. Things never change.

I’d strongly recommend going to another burrito place. There’s no shortage of options and plenty of great places nearby.

Barburrito is a must avoid. Things never change I wouldn’t give them a third chance again.

Also there was a hair inside my bowl to add salt to the wound…

$15 for what?
