I have come to this location a few times and always have a pleasant interaction with staff and they provide great service. I bought a cake for my sister’s birthday and the young lady was very kind and helpful and did a beautiful job decorating the cake. The prices are also good and worth it.

It was my first time in this store, and the lady helped me very well to get product knowledge as there were so many flavors to try. She was really kind and patient to explain everything about the flavors they had in the store in the present day. I would like to recommend everyone to visit this store once and have the good taste of ice creams they serve over here.

Their chocolate icecream is delicious but my favourite icecream is usually cookie dough so I also got that but it was honestly so disappointing. I got a full scoop and I counted and got only FOUR pieces of cookie dough and EIGHT pieces of chocolates chips…. I’m sorry but that would disappoint anyone who likes cookie dough icecream.

I am lactose intolerant and had not been to a Baskins Robbins in 40 years ?. I was able to choose from quite a few alternate options: I made a great choice with chocolate double fudge, and I am eager to try something else next. People there are patient and friendly, and the decor is "just right ✅️ ".

Always feel good everytime I go In. The owner and employees are always friendly and welcoming. Just love it and definitely recommend to everyone to go in and see for themselves!!! Won’t go to anywhere else to get ice cream. Thank you ⭐️

We have got ice cream here many times and always had great service and great quality.Most recently I was extremely impressed with our order and purchase of a cake. The gentleman who took care of it was friendly, helpful and fun. The cake was exactly how we had ordered it so not only did it taste delicious, it also looked awesome. We will definitely be returning for cakes in the future.

I love this location when the owner is there. He's nice and does a good job. But went last evening and the guy working there didn't understand what we were ordering despite it being a typical menu item and had no idea how to make it. It came out way smaller than usual with the wrong ingredients. I think he was new, but if that's the case he shouldn't be working alone until properly trained.

I only got 75% of my rainbow …bucket was full of pocket holes …and it was no student this was a very mature man that served me besides that 45% was fresh ice cream but the rest was just glazed ice cream and tasted old …as if I got the left over from the old bucket…I passed subway over this :(:(:(:( there goes BYE to my lunch money almost half garbage…my experienced was ruinedI’m never going back what a waste of $$$$$$$

Really disappointed with the phone call I just had with the owner. Very rude and defensive, also raised his voice at me! I ordered an ice cream cake in person and it was missing the “cake” part for my friend’s birthday. Instead of nicely communicating with me, he was yelling and not understanding the situation at all or taking any fault. He also mentioned that there is an option online to add the cake but the cake order was made in person. There was no solution and no attempt to resolve it.I am super disappointed with this interaction with the owner! Customer service was really poor

Great service and high quality ice cream.

Only quibble is the price for the quantity given. Was pretty surprised at how little one scoop really is and the price with tax for 2 wafer cones and one small scoop $14.87.

I guess I've grown accustomed to the Boathouse.
