I’ve been a regular customer here for years, mainly ordering for my dad, and I usually have good experiences. But what happened today was really disappointing and honestly upsetting. I placed an order and was told it would take 15–20 minutes. Not even a few minutes later, I called back to cancel due to a sudden change. Instead of simply helping me, I was questioned about why I wanted to cancel. What made it even stranger was that they claimed the food was already ready, even though only a few minutes had passed. It felt like I was being pressured, almost forced, to come pick it up. I was even asked, “Are you going to come pick it up or not?” in a tone that didn’t feel professional at all. Then the manager got on the phone and made the interaction worse. She brought up “past years” of cancellations (3 times) which confused me since I order regularly and haven’t had an issue like this. She even told me I can’t order the next time or at all, which was hurtful and uncalled for — especially considering I had just ordered from them the day before with no problem. I was simply trying to handle a quick change for my dad. I didn’t expect to be spoken to like I was doing something wrong. I’m not writing this to be negative, I’m writing this because customer service matters and you never know what someone is going through. Even if you’re having a bad day, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. I genuinely hope management reflects on how situations like this are approached moving forward.

Wonderful restaurant! My husband said his pho was excellent. My beef with broccoli was also excellent. The wait staff was amazing and friendly.. highly recommend!

I have been going here with my brother for around ten years and it's always awesome we both really like it, the beef avocado rolls are awesome with peanut sauce to dip in and I always get the crispy Vietnamese spring rolls and the shrimp fried rice also, always amazing flavors, definitely recommend.

This place has only 5-6 items that they do well. They have hundreds of menu items you’d wonder if there was any point to it all.
Get the GRILLED lemongrass chicken with any base and their Vietnamese fried rolls, you won’t be disappointed. Everything else, you’re better off going somewhere else.
The service and location is not that best but I only come here when I’m craving specific items.

Iv been coming here for many years but I had few years gap . Great restaurant good service usually I eat soups...but recently I had house special soup .. it was really shy with meat ...unlike few years back .

Ordered the mixed seafood curry and Vietnamese spring rolls. Food was ready very quickly. Good flavours and presentation. Building needs a bit of updating but is clean. I would come back here to eat again.
