They should clean the washrooms, Horrible can you imagine the kitchen etc. also ordered takeout ladoo they had gone green returned them. They took the tray back to kitchen and brought it back later that day. I won't be going again

On 21 june , placed an timed order for pickup for 4:30pm . I called them at 9:50 am in morning to place order. The girl said it would ve ready by that time. It was a cake for my friend’s birthday . My friend went to pick it up at 5:00 , the girl at the counter said that they don’t have my order. She said they have one design , you can take that. When my friend asked her to talk to me over phone, she was giving attitude to him. Train you staff to talk to customers nicely rather than giving them attitude. And please don’t ruin someone’s day .

I call at 10:40 to order but the lady at the phone Say they do not take any order at that time because they are closing, but on the Google closing time is 11 PM, they have 20 minutes to prepare an order why she refuse to take order that not make any sense. and they have no manners how to talk to a customer.

In your restaurant, if you accept customers close to closing time, you should allow them sufficient time to eat and enjoy their meal. If that’s not possible, it’s better to inform them upfront that you cannot serve instead of rushing them. Our food took over 30 minutes to prepare, yet we were expected to finish in 20 minutes, and the quality of the food was disappointing. Please improve your service and communication.
