I hope they maintain consistency with the quality, taste, and price of their food as we have always enjoyed it here. Thank you to the team for providing delicious food.

Blue Chopstix in Guelph serves amazing food! The chilli chicken was perfectly spicy and full of flavor, and the noodles were hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Interesting place to try. Once. Quality for price is below expectation for this place. No AC seems to have affected the cook.

I heard a lot about this place from my friends. On my first visit, I ordered the Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani (I saw it as the most popular dish on the Uber app, so ordered it). To be honest, I did not like the biryani at all. I am not sure if it was just on that day or it tastes like this always. No flavours or aroma of biryani! Did not meet my expectations. I will give it a benefit of doubt as their speciality seems to be the hakka chinese!

I also tried their mango lassi, it was good though.

After a long day, I decided to order dinner. I was tired and my boys love chow mein so we ordered from Blue Chopstix. We've ordered from them multiple times in the past, and I love their manchurian.

When I brought the food home, our chow mein was chop suey. My boys wouldn't eat that, so I called to let the restaurant know. They immediately argued with me and talked over me, telling me that we had ordered the chop suey. I had to ask the person to let me speak, and explained that it even says chow mein on the receipt stapled to the bag. They finally admitted to the mistake and said they'd make me chow mein, I just had to return the chop suey and come back to get the correct food.

I went back to the resuaurant and they tried to give me spaghetti noodles with sweet and sour sauce with vegetables. The picture of the food on the website is completely different from what they offered me. I showed them the picture of the Cantonese Chow mein from the Blue Chopstix website, they told me that I was wrong and wasn't looking at their website. They kept arguing with me, even when I showed them the website logo and location is theirs. They initially refused to give me a refund, but did, in the end.

Attempting to gaslight me is not ok. The food I was given is completely different from what is offered on their own website, and trying to blame me for that is very poor service.

one of the worst experience with food in 5 years, not sure if it’s new ownership, horrible taste and portion size is half of what it used to be, if it’s new ownership then will never go there again. for my take out order they were missing one main item, the chicken from fried rice is at least a day old that you can taste. this restaurants used to be our go to spot during a road trip, not sure what happened.

For someone who loves hakka, this is the best resturant with lot of parking space and variety of hakka foods.

Food tasted really salty and the chicken was tough. Also had a weird metallic taste. Got the lunch special and the spring rolls which had cabbages that were definitely spoiled. Food was reheated too.

My husband came here with my son and was able to order items with 0 spice. My son is young and can't eat spicy foods. My son really liked the paneer. Came back, we asked, repeatedly, to get the paneer with no spice as that was ordered last time, the waitress told us they couldn't do it without spice but we told them we had it with no spice a few days ago. She said okay. She brought the paneer and it was spicy. My son was super upset he couldn't eat it. The service is inconsistent. If we were able to order the item without spice then we should be able to do it again especially if it's for kids. Both visits were within the same week as well. It was very upsetting dine in experience.
