I would like to start this review off by saying that under normal circumstances I would refrain from leaving a review at all. However, my dining experience was so bad I feel compelled to warn others. After being seated our party waited for nearly a half an hour to be attended to, at which point we placed both our drink and dinner orders. Multiple people in our party order appetizers under the impression that they were half-price after 8pm. After waiting at least another half an hour, our food arrived which included a burger that looked like it had been processed through a food dehydrator and thrown onto the plate. What’s more, it was the wrong burger. After eating our food we waited at least another hour to be attended to, at which point we asked for the bills and take-out boxes. After another 15-20 minutes, our bills arrived. For those that ordered appetizers, the advertised discount was not applied because, on event nights, they do not apply this discount. This would have been excellent to know before we ordered them. They were however still offering a $0.49 weekly wing special, but would not provide a takeout box for five remaining wings on a three pound order. When I asked about the lack of a discount on the appetizer, which was not advertised anywhere in the menu or the restaurant, I was curtly told that it was meant to be communicated verbally, which it definitely was not.
The moral of the story: we will not be returning.

I would come somewhat regularly about 15 years ago when I lived in Guelph before. It was not as busy as then. Burgers are good and priced well. Will be returning frequently. I didn't get the server's name but he was great. I will recommend and return with more friends.

Wings were absolutely disgusting, our server was fine just slow at times (understandable) The beer was awful almost as if they didn’t change the keg or let the keg rot in the back without it being refrigerated. Definitely won’t be going back.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had not just once but 3 weeks in a row I’m a season ticket holder for the Guelph storm and they claim to give you $5 per ticket for a pound of wings but they lie to you they don’t honor this and to top it off the manager was rude ignorant and absolutely horrible rolled her eyes at me and shook her head at me needless to say they lie about the $5 off a pound of wings and I will personally tell everyone to not go there horrible service horrible management the owners should be ashamed of there staff just brutal I’m so disgusted

Went on a Guelph storm game day. The place was busy. Our order was taken quickly. Food took about 20 minutes to arrive. My son really enjoyed the fish and chip. Said it tasted great. My chicken wrap and Caesar salad was also good. Would choose something else if we find ourselves there again. Another table had onion rings that smelled and looked delicious and I had food envy. We were visiting to watch the Windsor spitfires play the store, and everyone we encounter in the city was very friendly and gracious.

Service was horrible…. Ordered drinks for a party of 4, 1 draft beer, 2 iced teas and a water… took 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive and they were not correct. One iced tea was considerably darker than the other so I questioned the waitress. She said it was iced tea but it was Pepsi. Wouldn’t even think about changing it. She then asked for the food order. We’re actually still waiting for it to come. As we sat there and waited, 2 tables of 4 came and went without even getting their order taken after sitting for 15 minutes. How does a place like this stay in business?

Quentin Tarantino couldn't write a script that conveyed the degree of utter incompetence witnessed there last night. Although I ordered a pint four times, I was only served one, and it was a Bud Light, which is not a beer. Also was served the wrong order but asked to eat it because the kitchen was too busy to make what I really wanted. Arby's would have been a four-star alternative in comparison.
