Had an amazing experience here. I came Saturday July 5th my very first time. Was pleased to be greeted by 2 amazing girls and we had a great conversation. They helped me to decide the best smoothie for me. Before leaving I got there names- Too Zoey and Ivy thank you so much I will be coming back ! Place was clean-10/10 recommend

I'm personally a big fan of this institution. My favourite is obviously the mango hurricane or raspberry razzle. I come into this store regularly and chat with Bailey the manager, she's a very kind woman who is also very helpful to me. I am always sad to see the bad reviews, because I always have such a great time visiting this store and have never encountered an issue with customer service. Don't believe all the horrible reviews, give it a chance! Ask for Bailey!
Walked in at 8:35pm, the store closes at 9pm. Was told that they were not taking any more orders as there were too many customers already, ( there were 9-10 people waiting). I said ill wait, no problem. They said no, we will not serve you and won’t take your order. This was 25 minutes before close.Place is a joke if they can’t make 10-15 smoothies in 25 minutes, also, if it takes another 2-3 minutes passed 9pm, maybe stay a couple minutes longer to serve your customers. Probably not the best idea to turn customers away in todays economic environment but hey, what do I know.Very disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Booster Juice location, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere was clean and tidy, all thanks to the two hardworking gentlemen who were tirelessly keeping the place in top-notch condition. Although the Marathon is now off the menu, I couldn't resist trying their Ocean Mist smoothie. I was actually blown away by how efficiently it was prepared and how perfectly it tasted. It might be my new favorite. The refreshing blend of flavors was exactly what I needed, and it left me feeling satisfied and rejuvenated. Kudos to the dedicated staff for their outstanding service and for creating such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious and refreshing drinks!

Placed an order here through one of the delivery apps offered, but elected to pick up my order because I was in the area. Through the app, there are options provided to modify their food offered. In the past, at other locations, this has not been an issue. At this location, after asking for no cheese and a different sauce on one of the wraps, the order was placed. At different locations, if one of my requests couldn't be fulfilled after placing the order, I have received a call from Booster Juice and they tell me and ask if I want anything else. Not this one. I pick up my order to find both wraps are made the same with cheese and with the sauce I asked to be substituted. I went back in when I found this out, and was told nothing could be done because the wraps are premade in the morning and are only grilled at the time of the order. I told them my experience with other Booster Juice locations and said I've always been able to make modifications in the past. They still said there was nothing they could do. It was only when I pushed back and said so I now have a wrap that is inedible and have to find somewhere else to eat that they unenthusiastically said well I guess we can give you a refund. Horrible customer service. Gave my business to the pizza place next door instead. Never coming back to this location, and I'm highly recommending no one does unless they want attitude served with the wrong meal.
