Booster Juice

It was around closing time, around 7:55, when Krata approached us with amazing service. She even tried her best to accommodate our requests and suggested a combination of different produce for us to try. Despite handling everything on her own, she maintained a great attitude and was more than happy to assist us. Most people tend to be less eager to serve customers at the last moment, but she did so with a big smile. Her dedication and professionalism really stood out.

Every time we come here the ladies instead of attending the customers, they are standing around talking to their friends across the counter instead of talking to your customer, leave your friendships for after work. It’s extremely rude to be talking about boys and parties in front of your customers, to the ladies working June 11th at 4:00 pm. All of you get no stars to my opinion.

Slightly expensive

My new obsession are smoothies so I tried the smoothies from here and they are soo, soo good and fulfilling. I’m addicted. I even downloaded the app so I can earn points for future free drinks. Their free and super boosters options are amazing as well. I highly recommend this place and it’s at the mall food court so perfect to grab after shopping too

arrived in line ten minutes before closing. After five minutes of waiting we were told they were closed. This happened on March 01st 2025. The guy and girl were more interested in what music was playing than serving customers. won't be back.

First time getting booster juice and it was good. The smoothie I got was a coconut banana. It was a little bitter, not alot of flavor of coconut and when I got 3/4 of the drink gone that's when I had chunks left in my smoothie. I might be back.....

As a juice store, they are always out of apples and carrots…..

I just had the most amazing experience at the Guelph Stone Road Mall Booster Juice. Sam was so lovely and made me my favourite smoothie that is on the secret menu. Sam should be promoted to management.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Booster Juice. The customer service was lacking from the moment I walked in—there was no greeting, which set a negative tone right away. The young staff members were not only unwelcoming but also displayed annoying behavior that made the visit uncomfortable. Their rudeness was surprising and really detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return.

I walked up to the counter exited to get a smoothie and the employee was sitting on the counter on her phone. I was immediately turned away knowing her dirty tights were on the counter and she had not washed her hands after touching her phone.

I visited this location twice, and both times i waited roughly 5 minutes while the young girl working the counter stood in the back chatting . Once i rang the bell, the young girl took my order but seemed very annoyed that I had disturbed her conversation and wasn't very pleasant. This same scenario happened both times.

2 visits and 1 call..no luck getting celery juice. Why is it even on the menu?

Terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes after placing an order while five teenage staff stood in the back on their phones, and took turns making the wrong orders to then drink themselves. Luckily got my order after the third try.
