Went to get a booster juice, and I was the only one in line. But there was 4 teenage girls working that were non stop talking & making themselves a drink to try before even getting to my order. Then they have more friends approach and they began to socialize with them, after all that I finally got my drink. Felt like I walked into a high-school hang out.

Very rude customer service. They make you wait regardless no one else is in the line..they’d pick up phone orders while you wait on! Really needs to up the customer service! The supposedly Strawberry lemon fresh juice with a hint of ginger was just filled with ginger and nothing else. Probably caused I complained of their rude behavior, they served me with an only ginger juice instead! It was pale orange in color!Not going back there for sure

I recently visited this conveniently located Booster Juice and had a positive experience with a friendly staff member that made my drink. There were a few customers in line ahead of me, but this traffic moved quickly as employees were able to easily handle each individual's order. The beverage itself was excellent as usual.

Poor experience and won't ever return here again. Made me feel like an outcast as I seen how they treated other customers. Young female server made me feel like I was inconvenience, no greet, smile, please or thank you. Waited for my drink and the young male with the shaved sides and a Pony tail. Just put my drink on the counter without shouting out my order. Asked him it was the drink I had ordered and just nodded. Now while I stood there waiting could not help and noticed that other customers got a better treatment than me. Only difference between us was my skin color was different. If you have brown skin stay away from this place

Booster juice is my family's go to place. But lately at this location the atmosphere isn't friendly at all. Employees making fun of others giving dirty looks n attitudes to their customers. If they hate their job so much they shouldn't be working in a customer service .I would never treat my customers the way yall employees do. Time for you to do a check up on them . Seriously disgusted

I normally love going to booster juice, but for some reason with this location, all the employees look like they hate their jobs. I work in the mall and return almost every day, but there’s no smile, only sometimes I get a hello, and it just makes me feel sad. I don’t know how they treat their employees behind the scenes, but they don’t seem like they want to be there. I gave 3 stars because they have always got my order correct and on time. I hope these hard working employees are getting the treatment they deserve. Willing to change my review if this gets addressed.

After being a customer at booster juice for close to two decades, the "unbeetable" has been beaten today. I have a photo to prove that my cup was only two thirds full. You should consider using a spatula to gain access to all of the smoothie to fill the cup. Very disappointed customer.

One of my absolute favourite places to come for a refreshing beverage in the mall! The staff are exceptionally kind, patient and generous, even on a busy Saturday! I highly recommend this store to anyone who enters the Stone Road Mall! One of my favoueute beverages are the Ripped Berry, Strawberry Storm or the Pom Passion!

Juicer has been broken for at least 3 weeks and seems like no urgency to fix. Having juice in name of store you think they would be in rush to fix. It's like going to KFC and they say we have no chicken.

Never had a problem with this location until now sadly :(. My boyfriend and I ordered smoothies and his tasted and smelt 100% like rotten/mouldy cheese rather than the berry flavour we were expecting so I’m not sure if it was expired ingredients or what but, we went back and they remade it yet it still tasted horrible so we gave up and threw them out :( so expensive for expired products and staff were mostly distracted and talking to other boys in-line but were mostly nice I guess
