Our server was really nice, attentive, experienced, was mindful of our needs and was not shy to clarify parts of our order. Flavours in the food were delicious.
Oh and our server took our order without using a notepad which was really impressive, we noticed they did so at larger tables too.
Fantastic soup of the day : curried chick 🐤 🫛! And chicken 🐓 wings 🪽 were amazing! Very welcoming staff, all around terrific place!

Had an incredibly delicious vegan quinoa bowl. No flavour was sacrificed because no animals were. My friend had a beef short rib dinner and said it was delicious also and it did look and smell super good.
Great service from Raquel. Food and drinks did not disappoint especially the parmesan fries.

Decided to drop in after a preservation park hike. Recommended! Our server Elyse was welcoming and attentive. Enjoyed fresh tacos and a pint of beer that really hit the spot! Thank you!
Lovely patio and friendly service. The chicken club sandwich with fries was great, as was the chicken salad. The fish and chips were good minus the coleslaw. Love the use of local ingredients

We had a combination birthday party and Mother’s Day dinner at Borealis. My family has a broad range of tastes and everyone was really happy with the menu. The staff were accommodating with some special requests and our server Sara was warm and did a great job. Thank you , Borealis!
I completely enjoyed dinner with my family at the Borealis in Guelph tonight. Our server, Rianna, was wonderful, patient and fun. Our food was timely and delicious. Everyone was happy with their meal. When leaving my aunt (does not live in Guelph) said she'd bring her husband back here for dinner. Thank you to all the staff, we made good memories tonight.
