Excessively loud music ftom an almost empty bar was very annoying. Server was very pleasant but we saw very little of him once he brought our food. Food was just average. No desire to return.

We dined in on family day around 7pm on the dining side. There was one other family and us for the next two hours. From the 10 unbothered staff members who left the dining room in complete chaos for us guests, you should be ashamed. Fries, cutlery, and many napkins on the floor and dishes on unattended tables. No one picked this stuff up. We had to walk over piles of garbage on the floor, this is not an exaggeration. Boston Pizza standards… I’m certain that management has guided staff not to pick up food off the ground for the late night cleaners to manage. Whatever the heck was going on, it’s absolutely disgusting. We will never return and never order pizza from them again, the cheese was off, the pizza was not on par with other locations. Spend your money elsewhere. I’ll be sending my pictures to corporate.

2nd time we’ve walked out after waiting more then 25 mins for a server to even acknowledge us. Restaurant wasn’t busy and servers kept just walking by our table. It’s sad because we were there about 3 weeks ago after deciding to give this Boston Pizza a second chance from when we walked out last time. We had a great experience and we’re hopeful that kinks have worked themselves out. Not sure we will give this Boston Pizza a third chance after today. No one was to be seen when we did decide to leave, or I would have at least let the staff know why we choose to take our business elsewhere.
When we arrived at our second choice restaurant down the street it was packed and so much more busy yet they had our orders taken within 2 mins of sitting down.

Super slow service, food was cold, and no one came around for drinks, we had to go up to the desk and ask to order drinks. Absolutely terrible. Seemed like it was one poor waitress for the entire dining area, and 3 girls on the hostess table.

Its my go to place on birthdays/get together. Quality has been improved since last visit. Price is higher but you will get quality ambience. Overall its a good place to dine in if your pocket is loaded.

We were there today for lunch with the family. The restaurant was annoyingly cold, as if the heating was barely working. The food was very good but soo late in arriving, and we were shivering. To be honest, we did not enjoy this visit. Just to be fair, the waitress was very nice and friendly and provided good service.

What a terrible experience from start to finish. What has happened to Boston Pizza?? 1 server, no manager visible, waited several minutes to be greeted at the table, dirty beer glass, flat pop, dry salad, burnt pizza, and dishes not cleared before the bill. And we had to have our bill corrected, overcharged. Will not return, will not recommend and I was excited to have the pizza....Brutal
