Loved having our server Gabe! He served our table promptly and is the reason we had such a great experience. Usually, the service is so slow so this was such a positive. To be noted, management seems extremely rude and UofG should look into it. Other serving staff seemed extremely unprofessional. Would love to see more lovely & lively servers, like Gabe!
Service is usually not good and really slow, the only good services I’ve had is from the waiter name Gabe he was very welcoming, efficient and great at his job, try and get him if you come if you want good service. Other servers and management seems very unprofessional/ gossipy. Loved my experience tonight and if I could guarantee I would get Gabe I would be back.
my only concern is that on their busier nights their service is very slow, i came with a party of three and we asked for water after waiting 30 minutes to order and she told us it might take a while bc they don’t have any water glasses. it’s just hard it beleive that this place has so many busy nights and doesn’t think to get more of the items they need to accommodate people?
