I don’t go to Bulk Barn but went in today for a couple things. Had such a great interaction with Cathy, thank you for being to kind and friendly :) made my day!
There is an extreamly inappropriate short woman who works at the first till, closest to the door. Always swearing and being rude to customers especially when I came in and was about to pay there was a woman in front of me presumably from India who couldn't speak English very well and had a hard time telling them played which items she had and she just kept grilling her about which ones they were huffing and puffing at her and ended up saying very rude remarks after she left.

Please check your receipts before leaving. The guy at the cash counter billed us for the wrong product and had to wait for some time to get refund. Won’t come back to this one ever again.
