Honestly I'm upset. I feel duped. I ordered through Skip the Dishes. There was rotten lettuce on the burgers and the cheese was burnt and hard, almost like it sat uncovered for hours prior to being charred even to give Harvey Dent cause for concern.After trying to get in touch with the restaurant itself I've come to find that this place DOESNT. EVEN. EXIST.It's some subpar name working out of the Thai Emerald restaurant. Which is a shame. I liked Thai Emerald. However this food has me questioning their safe kitchen practices.I dislike raging against the small business and always want to support local but this is just insane.I'm disgusted and feel duped.Don't do what I did.None of us can afford to throw away money for garbage food.

We ordered from Skip. Out of our four combos, we only received two orders of fries. My bacon cheeseburger came with a note written on a napkin that said "out of bacon - sorry," and all four burgers had wilted lettuce that was black edged with rot. One cheeseburger had burnt cheese. Each burger came with a teaspooworth of sauce. Those fries we ordered with our combos - they were supposed to be spiced. They came plain and undercooked. This establishment should be embarrassed by their service and food prep. Completely unacceptable. I wasn't even able to leave a review here initially because it was listed as "permanently closed" on here. It wasn't until we spoke to Skip that MAGICALLY, the listing changed, and I could leave this well-deserved review.I don't normally leave bad reviews, as I believe in sharing the positive, but this is honestly shameful. Don't give this place your money.

We ordered delivery, & we’ve never had such sad, abysmal food. Meats were dry, cheese was rock hard, lettuce was wilted & rotting, fries were soggy & undercooked.Best part of the meal was the gingerale.

Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you similar to me as they are probably all from the relatives or the friends of the owner as I anticipated before we dined there!I had probably the worst burger, burnt, and not even fresh, one of those frozen burgers you can buy from store, in this place.At least make a fresh burger. It is not hard.The owner was nice and offered to make us a new burger, but let's face it, the quality was not good, why would I have two?Anyway, I would never go back and I suggest you wouldn't.
I was so pleased with my recent visit. I stopped in looking for a quick bite and was met with such friendly and welcoming service. The food was made fresh when I ordered, and it was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be spreading the word to all my friends about this gem of a restaurant. The whole experience was just fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I left feeling happy and satisfied.I will definitely be back again soon - this is hands-down one of the best restaurants I've tried in Guelph. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch meal in a relaxing setting with phenomenal service. 5 stars all around!
