If you are in a rush... this is the place to be. For a fast food restaurant, the Burger King Poutine is awesome. Also I suggest you their mozzarella sticks... they are great and very flavorful.

It really sucks this the only one in Guelph.
1) The speaker hasn't worked properly for close to a year now 2) They never get your order correct 3) The staff gets upset with you because the speaker doesn't work and they get your order wrong
10/10 do not recommend
I'll be driving to Cambridge now if I'm craving a whopper.

This place is messed likes to deny people food when the app isn't working and decide to go to store to get it. Don't bother going we got force removed because of us doing because their app wasn't working. Refuse to keep the cheese of the burgers or listen to our orders and they like to insult me and my family when we call in to complain about their staff and call me and my family stupid white people. Also like to deny food to people with severe medical needs

The evening crew that works week days have been one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had, they’re unprofessional, get your order wrong and lack customer service skills. This will be my last time going to this location. The gentleman who took my order rushed me to order in drive thru and spoke over me, and to add fuel, he got the order wrong. The food was cold. And when I got my order he was unprofessional with me.
Much better food places around , do not go there.

Very unhygienic condition of cleaning. When you enter it smells. Washrooms are in terrible shape. I am not going back. Burger King is destroying the business by having short staff, bad cleaning.

Noon crew ALWAYS bad experience with woman with accent at drive though window, always tries to upsell and gets my order wrong every time. Gives dirty look when correcting her about my order, always ending throwing my food out. Night crew is superb burgers are great. Time for some new employees for noon shift.
Worst service - sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes without a soul to be seen and nothing but I'll be right with you We all know burger king is average fast food at best and Lord knows how they are still a functioning restaurant

Waited at the intercom for quite a while and when we had assumed the intercom was broken as no one spoke for quite a while, despite us asking us if they were open. Thinking they were closed, we drove up to see a car at the window. Since there was now another car behind us who also pulled through without ordering, we decided to just order at the window. $5 meal deal and a chicken burger. Not hard. I was told that was too complicated and to go back through the drive through again and wait at the intercom.
Decided it’s not worth being ignored so we went somewhere else.

Yesterday I visited at this location when i was coming back from my work around 2 am at night, I feel very hungry then the turban guy told me that like they are closed but when i requested him to surve us food then he did it and upon our request he gave us fresh extra hot fries.. humanity is still living .. appreciate it 👍👍👍
