For some reason they were serving no beef today. That is absolutely ridiculous for the home of the Whooper.

I visit this store on feb 15/2026. Man on the drive through was un professional and un mannered person. He was mad that my credit fall's to make the transaction and shaking his head a lot of times. Manager make sure u looking on your employee's. Food was amazing tho. Thanks

I have to say, the customer service/friendly staff in this location in AMAZING! Everyone always smiling and in a great mood with their aim to make customers happy. Keep up the great work guys!

Great and clean location with very friendly staff and fast service, and my Whopper toppings fresh, crisp and crunchy - just as I always expect and never get disappointed. BK RULES!!

So it's been about 6 months since my last visit to this terrible restaurant. My last visit it took over 10 minutes before we were able to place our order in the drive-thru and over another 10 waiting at the window and nobody came so I left. Tonight I wanted a Wopper, so we placed our order 3 Woppers and 2 plain cheese burgers. Altogether about 14 minutes. We pullout and I checked the 2 bags and no cheese burgers, back to the drive-thru to let them know I'm back for my 2 missing burgers. Now I'm waiting behind another customer. Over 12 minutes, I'm waiting before I get to the window, seeing my bag on the counter at the window. I asked the guy for manger and he claimed he was manger, I asked for his name and he said as per Burger King they aren't allowed to give names. I then said I would like my money back because having to wait for something that was their mistake and now I'm going home with cold burgers. I won't go back to Burger King again, never!!!!. You want better service I would suggest Harvey on Woodlawn in Guelph to anyone looking to something to eat, this Burger King in Guelph is a terrible restaurant and I'm very surprised that they are still in business. Like the other reviews, I too would like to post a -10.... save your money and go any where but to Burger King Guelph....

Drive-thru order - Whopper combo and a Hersey pie...

It took 10 minutes to get my food. There was one car in line aside from me... So be it, it happens.

I get home and the burger both smells and tastes like some kind of cleaner, literally stopped eating it out of concern. Gross.

If I could give a 0 I would! Ordered on the app and didnt go through to add cheese on our whoppers and no onions, pickle or mayo on my sons. Chicken nuggets were cold and staff were rude and not willing to fix the mistake. This location has ruined our view of BK! I definitely do not recommend this location unless you need to use the bathroom, bathrooms were very clean.
