I drove here at night because they say they are open 24 hours a day… that alone speaks to the quality of the business. Go to McDonald’s instead.

I arrived today in a wet environment and immediately in between the doors there was no wet floor sign or rugs. I fell, I twisted my ankle. I got back up and told the staff that here HAS to be a wet floor sign as the rain is ongoing.
They did nothing before I received my order, so I then insisted, as there were more than a few older folks in. It is unsafe. I told them they were going to get sued if they didn't. They put one out. By the time I ate my meal and went to leave, the floor is still wet, and NO WET FLOOR SIGN. If you fall there, feel free to use my review from today. Staff doesn't care. Anyone with a movement disability will struggle on a wet day to open the inner doors without fully wiping out.
Seriously unimpressed. Won't be back. Food isn't good enough, or cheap enough to make a dangerous fall worth it.

The food's fine, but the place is consistently understaffed so the service is abysmal. Once, recently, I stood at the counter waiting to order for ten minutes before I gave up and left without ever having been noticed by the two staff who I could see working in the back.

I wish this wasn’t the only Burger King in Guelph! The person taking our order was friendly, but incredibly slow, I would have been better off ordering at a kiosk. They didn’t have toys for the kids meals, but didn’t even mention it until I asked after I had paid and gotten our food. No apology or anything. The person putting food on our tray got the sides wrong like 3 times. I didn’t say anything - her coworkers told her to fix it each time. The worst part was the overflowing garbage and the fruit fly infestation at the drink station. I am not usually phased by much, but that was disgusting. It’s a shame because the space is great - so much room and nice booths, but it’s ruined by terrible customer service and fruit flies.

The food was soggy, too much mayo on my sandwich, onion rings under cooked, dining area was dirty, trash piled high, washroom was dirty especially one of the toilets with poo still in it.

The Late night shift took good care of me when I came there last night ! Fresh food and Delicious ! Probably the best Burger King I had in a while.
I was there at 3 am and the guy working made my mood really fresh and nice ! Thank you I will be back

Terrible service!!!!! Just ordered chicken nuggets through Drive - Thru and the service was just like that sooooo ruuuuudeeee!!!!! My kids was sitting in the back sit, they was shocked!!!! Before we had a nice manners customer service in Canada, this is so sad!!!

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. The lady at the front counter is very rude and unpleasant. The store was nice, spacious and clean, but the people working there need to learn some customer service skills. This will be my last time coming here. Been here twice and both time was spoken at in a rude and condescending manner

This has got to be the worst fast food establishment around . Never have half there breakfast items , always messing up orders . The workers stand in the back, while customers are standing at the counter for 10 plus minutes sometimes . There breakfast hashbrowns are always rock hard and almost break your teeth. Stray far from this location and go else where for just about anything.. rude workers awful service and always out of whatever you order probably because they are to lazy to just make it . Also would not refund me because for my breakfast because I ordered through the app now I have to wait 48 hrs for a email to even see if I get a refund . Ridiculous
