This is the second time now that my wife and I have tried to go for a soft serve ice cream at night and have been told that the ice cream maker is not working after 8pm. The restaurant is open until 9pm so ALL of your menu items should be available until closing. It doesn't take a whole lot of time to dole out two soft serve ice cream cones so it's not like it's a major inconvenience. Some people do like to enjoy ice cream even if it's late at night !

I ordered veggie burger, the patie was not properly cooked, too much mayonnaise. Burger King non professional and untrained employees are killing it's business. They need to hire mature and serious employees. Why McDonald's is doing 100 times more business then burger King? Lazy staff, washrooms always dirty, drive thru screen never worked.

Worst drive thru ever. Literally waited for 40-45 mints just for normal fries. And when i went to the window all the employees were busy in talking. They don’t care about anything they were busy in chit chatting with each other. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend to anyone

Stopped for some food while driving on the 401. Friendly staff, quick service, fresh and piping hot food, and delicious as well! Used the app in store to use a snack box offer with mozzarella sticks, fries, and onion rings. Came with marinara for the sticks too! Honestly surprisingly the sticks were delicious!! 10/10 recommend 👍

Food was great, but they added an expensive burger to my bill that wasn’t included in my bag of food. I can understand hitting a button and accidentally adding something to the ticket, but then that extra item should have been in the bag. Maybe the employee was trying to get me to unknowingly buy his lunch? I ended up going back through the drive through and requesting a refund of the extra item, which I did get after a few minutes. Given I had three young kids in the car, I didn’t appreciate the extra time (and fuel) spent waiting. Check your receipts, folks!
Got parked from drive through for a Whooper Jr combo with no pickle for 10 minutes. Seriously? Last time I came through here, they had no hamburgers(beef). You guys need to get it together.
This is the first BK franchise I have used where the burgers are back up to proper original BK quality! The condiments on the Whopper are always crisp and fresh, and patty is flame broiled perfectly! Thank you for your attention to quality food. To all those who chirp about fast food being bad for you…give your head a shake! The Whopper done right is perfectly healthy!

It's Burger King...home of the delicious (but unhealthy) Whopper. The food was good (kids love the chicken fries). My chicken sandwich was ok (no mold on the bun), but the sandwich didn't taste "fresh". I should have gone with the Whopper. The nice people in the drive thru were courteous and very quick. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The service is unbelievably slow. They had 2 people working, that's it. 2 people to do drive thru, cook and take orders inside. The food was decent for Burger King.

I took my family to this location this past Thursday for a quick bite after our Halloween treat or trick run. We ordered our meals and just by chance, my 9 year son looked underneath his bun and noticed a big mold on the bun. He was horrified and I was so upset I took his food right to the counter. I was so upset that it totally slipped my mind in taking a photo of the mold. I regretted that but at that moment I was more concern about my son then anything else. To my surprised, all 5 employees there was just standing there doing nothing and showing no concern about this situation. I emailed Burger King Canada and to my biggest disappointment ever, they dismissed my case because I have no photo. I told them I could careless about a payout or compensation. All I really wanted is for them to take their quality control more seriously and check on this store. Last time I wanted is for someone to actually eat it and be seriously ill. Burger King just closed my case, not caring about it as they dodged the bullet with me not having any evidence. To me, this shows they could careless which is disappointing. Anyhow, I know I for one will stop eating at this location and establishment all together. My only advise for anyone who read this comment and going to this location for food, check your food before eating.
