She’s the true goat of spicy beef patties!

This is the best beef patty in the city. I don't know why this place has a 4.1 rating, but when it comes to beef patty there is no better beef patty. I have eaten all beef patties in Toronto area, New York City, and New Jersey and I have not had a better beef patty than here.

Initially I was bewildered by the price of patties on Bloor, then through consulting friends I realized that everything was made from scratch! I legitimately had the largest vegetable patty and peanut cake in my life! Both can make full meals 🍴

I bought a beef patty to go. Easily the beet patty I've ever had in my life.

It's the best, and for the price you get an insane amount of food. Patties are delicious, jerk chicken plate is too but can take a bit of time to prepare (up to 20 minutes)so I suggest calling ahead for those

This place has the best beef patties in the city. You won't find them on the top 5 list of you search for it but whoever writes those reviews didn't know what their talking about. Service is typical Jamaican style. Prices are reasonable for a patty place on an expensive Street. Worth it every time.

Place looks nice inside with an authentic feel. There are a lot of good reviews so maybe this was just an off day. But the owner was short with me when I walked in and seemed to not really want to come to the front and take the order which was strange. Finally the food was ready and it was the absolute worst rice with that slight burnt flavor and then the chicken was crispy on the outside with little sauce and dry on the inside. It was not even spicy for jerk chicken. And it was $8 for a side of plantain! I was hungry but left most of the food uneaten! 😄 Never again lol

The patties are tasty—on the drier side, but still really enjoyable. The service is a bit slow, but the staff are kind and welcoming. I tried a couple of dishes and while they were out of some items even by midday, what I did have felt like home cooking in the best way. Not much seating, so it’s more of a grab-and-go spot, but definitely worth a visit for comforting Caribbean flavours.

As good as anything I've had in Jamaica. This isn't your supermarket frozen Patty. Fresh, flaky, fat and delicious. Obviously homemade!
