This bubble tea place is on Harvard Street near Gordon and Stone in Guelph. The drinks are amazing. Staff is super friendly. I regularly visit it and try seasonal drinks would recommend at 100%.

On the evening of Friday, May 30, I visited this tea store and encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff. I have hearing difficulties and struggled to understand the employee (an Asian woman) taking my order. Despite my repeated apologies and requests for her to repeat herself, she appeared visibly frustrated and acted as though I was an inconvenience. Additionally, I found it unreasonable that the store prompted for a tip for a self-service drink. This experience was disappointing, and I urge the staff to be more accommodating and empathetic, especially toward customers with non visible disabilities. I won’t be returning that’s for sure.
