It's decent, not great. Some items are better than others. But the price is insane for the quality. You won't have a bad time, but know what you're getting in for.

Food: Ok! Shrimp tempura felt soggy and old! Other items were just too oily.

Service: Terrible! Servers rush you out before the due time. Food arrived late and received the wrong food more than once. Last visit, we asked for a booth and they said there were non available just to see another couple get a booth 5 minutes later. Some servers are rude and need to work on the way they deal with customers.

Atmosphere: Music, lighting and decor are nice…Clean place indeed.

The food is okay (but very overpriced.. $107 for me and my husband at 2pm on a Monday stat), but my husband and I went for all you can eat and after we paid, the server picked up our tablet and skimmed through everything we ordered and made a comment that we ordered a lot and we dont need to order all at once for all-you-eat. We ate everything we ordered except one mussel and half a bowl of fried rice. She then proceeded to tell me she has to charge us $10 for the mussel and unfinished rice…. After she gave us our bill and I finished the transaction. She offered to give us a take out container for our one mussel and half a bowl of rice … it was the weirdest interaction I’ve ever had and my husband and I go to all you eat buffets quite a bit. I shared this experience with my friends & family and they’ve never had this experience at any all you can eat places either. I would’ve understood more if we had a lot of unfinished food but for one mussel and half a bowl of rice, it was so ridiculous. My husband ate the one mussel and then we left. Never going back here

Horrible service. The waitress was incredibly rude, dismissive and impersonable. The waitress alone ruined the experience for us.

Everything came out very fast, hot and fresh. The tempura was not greasy at all and very good. The servers were very friendly.

I regularly ordered takeout from the restaurant until I noticed an unusual flavor in the chicken, prompting me to stop eating and contact the restaurant to complain. Previously, the food was high quality, but I’ve observed a significant decline recently. I suspect the chicken in my meal was spoiled. The restaurant lacks a formal complaint system, requiring customers to speak directly with staff, who only offered a refund as a resolution. I regret not reporting the issue to the CFIA and providing a sample for investigation. To prevent food poisoning, I recommend avoiding this establishment.

Very good food and service. Atmosphere was nice. The only objection I have is the buffet all you can eat pricing. Its expensive at $46 a person. There's no lunch discount like most other restaurants that offer all you can eat. I find that a bit of a price gouge.

I called the place to ask whether they had halal meat so my friends and I could go, even with their dietary restrictions, and the first guy who answered lied about it. He said they serve halal meat, and other than that, he was very rude and dismissive. He didn't show enthusiasm at all which was very disrespectful. He wouldn't respond properly and I couldn't even understand what he was saying because he was mostly mumbling the words. I'm also pretty sure he had an “Indian” accent. Now, don't come at me, I have Indian friends and I'm not racist. I called the place again and a different person answered. He had more enthusiasm and he sounded like an east asian, which I know because I am one. He was more respectful!! I asked if the restaurant had halal meat and that's when I found out that the first guy had lied about their menu.

Please check on your staff.

We didn't realise this was an AYCE restaurant, we were just in the area looking for takeout. The staff seemed friendly and the food was delicious however we were incredibly disappointed (and shocked, quite frankly) with how little food we received for $72 - just a relatively small take out plate, much smaller than expected as we are used to much, much larger rolls. It was not a good value at all, compared to what we are used. So NOT recommended for takeout.

The price is very high for an all you can eat sushi restaurant, especially if you have children. The menu appeared to have wide selection of items, however the food was very underwhelming. Very small portions on the plate.
What really set us off was the desert. We were a table of six and tried to order multiple items of crème brûlée and cream puffs, however after we order the server came to us and said we ordered to many. And then backtracked and said they ran out. However we looked over and saw another table order and they received them.
Also after we put the final order in for desert, the service immediately dropped except for the when they wanted to give us the bill.

The overall feel of being at the restaurant felt very cheap. Penny pinching on every little thing including charging extra for sauce. They flat out told us not to order too much or they will charge us. But when you order they tell you, you ordered too much. Definitely not worth the price point. Food was sub par, very flavorless and colorless.
Don’t recommend this place. Unless you’re someone that doesn’t eat much. But then why would you go to an all you can eat.
