I’m consistently disappointed every time I visit this location. There’s always trash on the floor, simply swept to the side, and chocolate spills on the tables that are never cleaned. The ice cream itself tastes stale, and there are spills all over the customer area. To make matters worse, the service is extremely slow. For a place that’s supposed to offer high-quality ice cream and service, this experience falls far short of expectations.

I go at chocolat favori because there is no other options. I discovered this store a few years ago, everything was good but since the change the manager it is not getting any better. Even after an official complaint,(which I received a gift card from the district manager). The store is a little more cleaner than before, the quality is there. And I don't like being treated by a "hey! How's going. And yes , I know chocolat favori from Quebec. I went in Lévis..... Just saying

Great staff. Dropped in for a treat and found them to have a large selection of chocolates, candy and a great ice cream bar. Attendants were very friendly and accommodating. They have indoor seating as well as a nice patio area to enjoy your ice cream outside.

Probably the best chocolate ice topping. The chocolate is so smooth and rich. I got the baby size of the Dulce de leche, which was the perfect amount of ice cream considering all the toppings. The reason I have 4/5 star is because the raspberry/cotton candy flavour was too artificial.

Fantastic ice cream. I typically come here after work (30 min drive lol) for a pick-me up after a hard day. Nothing beats their kookie ice cream flavours. I love trying the different kinds they have as well as all the other goodies they offer. Recently tried their raspberry chocolate mix, it was fantastic. Service is always quick and friendly, and they always have plenty of space to sit both inside and outside.

Oh my goodness! Everything, including all the delicious treats are covered in chocolate! The chocolate is ?% real cocoa, and so indulging. What a treat! Their ice cream cones or cups of ice cream as well as ice cream sandwiches are covered in the most delicious creamy chocolate you'll ever want in your life ? 11/10! The range of treats CHOCOLATS FAVOURIS offers is incredible, anything you're heart desires, they make!
