The staff are always so nice, friendly, and pleasant, making the pickup process a breeze. It’s clear they care about providing excellent service. City Pizza is my go-to spot for a tasty and hassle-free pizza night!

17.99 for a burnt, cheaply made pizza. This is a chicken shwarma pizza. 2 pieces of chicken on my slice. 1 piece of tomato and a couple pieces of onion. I think there was a creamy garlic sauce but it just evaporated from over cooking. You would think the little black pieces are chicken. Nope. Just burnt cheese. Dry AF. Garlic bread had little to no garlic. Yum. A big chunk of bread. Never again.
I'm very fond of spinach on my pizza and having garlic sauce on pizza over tomato sauce has been a game changer for my palate.
So when I came across City Pizza's Spinach Supreme with a garlic spread as base, topped with mushroom, feta, cheddar and of course the namesake spinach, you best believe it had my attention. It has yet to dissapoint being absolutely delicious, packed with flavour and leaving me stuffed after every box is demolished.
It has truly become my comfort go-to pizza to order/takeout and the prices and deals available are great especially when other places are trying to make north of $20 normal for a large. Decent garlic bread too and a friend praises their Gyro pizza, I've never tried it but I trust his enthusiasm.
I've ordered delivery and made take-out orders at the Woodlawn location and always found my pizza's hot, fresh and baked to directions. Love the golden crusts.
Have never waited beyond a reasonable time-frame specified. The establishment has always been clean and the staff friendly and engaging.
While it's a small store with minimal dining space it is pleasant if you want to sit-in for a quick lunch/bite and then go.
Only had an issue once with an order long ago and was immediate offered a replacement pizza free. I will not forget that.
If you love pizza (and certainly Guelph has a lot to supply that need) make sure City Pizza is on your roster.

They had an assortment of pizza slices on a tray. I asked the gentleman for the deluxe slice and pointed at it. He took the whole tray away and came back with a paper bag that felt really light. When I got back to my car, I saw he must have cut the deluxe slice in half as the slice was only three and a half inches. Twice the Deal is just across the street and have never done that to me, and it's even less for a slice there. I guess my pizza parlour selection just shrunk. lol
