Stopped in to try for the first time and it was probably the best fried chicken I’ve had. So flavourful and crispy. We got the fried chicken sandwich and waffle fries, with Asian slaw and spicy mayo. Very impressed!
We've ordered takeout from here a few times now and it's always been pretty good. There are a good variety of options available, but I would especially recommend the Coco Bap, which is chicken, fried egg, and rice with a side of kimchi (a sort of fermented cabbage dish). I ordered mine with sweet and spicy sauce, which wasn't all too spicy despite the name. I would definitely recommend either this sauce or the honey garlic sauce. I haven't tried the honey garlic...
Coco Chicken has always been one of the best takeout spots in Guelph - their food is immaculate and delicious, and the Coco Bap is especially amazing.
They've also renovated, making the atmosphere more pleasant, clean and comfortable.
