Extremely disappointing experience — and not the first time.
I placed an order online and waited over 30 minutes, only to find out my drinks hadn’t even been started because they were missing ingredients. No one contacted me to offer alternatives or inform me of the delay. I had to check in myself.
Worse still, I watched them make drinks for walk-in customers who arrived after me. When I asked about my order, they told me to wait another 15 minutes — with no apology, no ownership, and no urgency.
Then they had the nerve to tell me I shouldn’t have come too early and should wait for a notification — even though no notification ever came. Blaming the customer for their own lack of communication is just bad service.
To top it off, the last time I ordered from here, the store was completely closed. They didn’t cancel the order, still charged me, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.
This isn’t just a one-off bad day — it’s a pattern of poor service, no accountability, and zero care for the customer experience. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Sorry to say one of the worst experiences today. It was a rip off, cost around $19 for two Large Brown sugar pearl tea. The taste was bland amount of brown sugar was literally zero with tea diluted to the core. Expected a bit more value for the money.

Went here this weekend, my order was good tasted as expected, service was good for one person working slammed with the amount of people in the store. However my S/O ended up getting Food Borne Illness after consuming a different drink from myself, with different toppings and base drink. I will not be returning here.

I've been ordering milk tea from this shop so many times, and every single time I adjust the sugar to 30-50%, it still tastes like 100%! Is it seriously that hard for you guys to just add more black tea? Like, how difficult can it be to get this right?

Decent bubble tea store with negative customer service. I’ve been visiting the store quite some times but its every time the staff guy ruined my Coco experience with his rude attitude from taking orders to giving orders. I’m not sure if he’s tired of his job or any personal reason, but I do not think it’s pleasurable to get that kind of experience.

The cashier has absolutely no customer service skills. When I ordered a Pearl Milk Tea, he didn't bother to confirm with me and made a Taro Milk Tea instead. When I pointed out his mistake, he was incredibly rude and had the audacity to try and "teach" me English. This was a terrible experience and the worst service I've ever had at CoCo worldwide.

The place is really cute and relaxing once inside. Parking is a bit tough but once you're inside, it's a good time. The drinks we got were made fast and they were delicious. As the weather gets warmer, try the iced beverages and I'm sure you'll be happy.
Parking: Limited number of parking spots shared with other businesses.
I recently had the Jasmine pearl milk tea and it was very bad. I have had the same tea in the past and used to be good. But looks like the taste has gone down now. I saw the server adding a lot of milk powder and that is the only taste I could get in the tea.
