Upon returning a package, I encountered an employee named Tara in the return and exchange area. When she inquired about the reason for the return, I explained that I was dissatisfied with the quality of the items. Unfortunately, Tara's response was less than satisfactory. She frowned and insisted that the entire package was required for the return. I found this perplexing since how could I assess the quality without utilizing the items? Tara's lack of knowledge in customer service was evident, and her demeanor came across as rude and impolite.

I had not been to Costco in awhile and the store continues to disappoint. The clerk did NOT accept an Indian Status card saying I needed to have a membership and not purchasing as a guest. Deciding on if I wanted to purchase another membership or not was determined today. Prices were high on various items. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there.

I can’t believe it’s something that you would find in a food court, definitely restaurant worthy. - Self ordering kiosks have recently been added to decrease the line up at the food counter. It makes it very easy to order and all you have to do is wait for your food at the pick up spot - They have so many samples around the store which Costco is known for. It really helps when making a decision on what to buy - One thing I highly dislike is that they ready meals like their salads aren’t freshly made every day. Other locations such as Waterloo always have fresh quinoa salads. Here they are usually a day or two old which only leaves a day or two to eat it. Clothing: - You can always find very good deals here especially for name brands. The quality is great and last a long time. I always get my leggings from here as they are Kirkland brand and they are extremely soft, warm, and fairly priced. Other Comments: - The customer service is always great here. I have never run into any issues with the staff - The store is always very clean and there are constantly employees going around collecting empty boxes around the store - If I have to choose between two brands of the same item and one of them is Kirkland, I always get the Kirkland one. Wow for value you can't beat the prices in costco's food court and the food is great. I love their sandwiches, they are packed with meat, white cheese & tomatoes...mmm good. They are big enough I share half with my hubby. When I take my grandkids they love the hot dog & refillable pop for only $1.50. They also have a variety of other foods which are all good!
