I have ordered chicken strips and fries today.
Wow what a garbage. Very very salty chicken strips, tasteless.
Fries are not what they used to serve. Mediocre to say at least.
This is first and last time ever of me buying chicken strips and fries at food court in Guelph.

Went on a Monday evening for gas and groceries. Gas was less crowded, could directly reach to the pump. Can’t expect this at Mississauga ever. Shopping experience was great. Like those samples eateries, some of them tasted good. Worth a try before purchasing it. It’s a 15 min drive for me and I love to shop once in a month.

Good food and price, the volume of orders is a deluge, staff try their best to deal with it.

One of the worst customer service experiences in Guelph! The cashier at the time, \\\"Debbie\\\", looked very unpleasant to be working on such a busy day. I asked her if we could do another transaction for some of our groceries and she said a simple and rude \\\"no\\\" since she already scanned them in. I didn't want to bug her for it so I just didn't say anything. I personally found out later from a nice young woman that she could sub-total them so it shows it separate from the rest of the items but, it'll still be on one transaction, which if I knew I would've liked for that to happen. She didn't offer ANY solution which shows little to no skills in customer satisfaction/services. Not only did she not offer a solution to that part of our conversation, but also when I asked if I could pay with debit/credit she said \\\"No, only Costco members are allowed to pay...Since you are a guest you can't pay unless you have cash.\\\" I replied letting her know I didn't have cash and I told my mother I would pay for what I pick up in the store. Again, I later found out from the same nice young lady that there's an ATM in the store that I could use to grab cash from. If I had known that sooner it would have saved the trouble of my mother paying for everything. The third incident that happened was with the cashier-assistant I presume, her name was \\\"Paula\\\". Both of these women we're older and looked like they had some experience so I asked them nicely \\\"I couldn't find the two bite aussie-bites, do you know where they are?\\\" Debbie replied with \\\"I don't know\\\" again not helping solve my simple question. and Paula said a short \\\"Maybe\\\". Both of them were unwilling to help us in any way, they both looked like they were being forced to do their job and not do one single bit extra for a customer in need. We also had bags within our cart so that the \\\"assistant-cashier\\\" could put our groceries and items in there, which always happens, however this time Paula did NOT want to use the bag we had in the cart and rather chose to argue with me about the \\\"Policy\\\" for credit/debit use. I had to go near the food area where there was some assistance given to me after a couple minutes of wait. Looking over my shoulder I see Paula rush off of her cashier line to talk to the customer service associate (I presume), which was the nice young lady that ACTUALLY helped us find our aussie-bites and let us know about the ATM. Paula wanted to tell her side of the story first I assume, which looks very guilty and unprofessional may I add. After Paula was finished talking with the nice young lady, the lady came and spoke with us assisting us with whatever we needed and answering any questions we had. Overall a very bad experience, I personally will not continue going to Costco, I'd rather spend more of my hard earned money in another store rather than at the Guelph Costco where the customer satisfaction and service from cashiers are thrown out the window with any criticism received. Remember the named Paula and Debbie :)

Waited 30 minutes for a box of pizza …

They always seem to have everything I'm looking for and more. You go into the store looking for a few items and come out with a cart full! They make spending money easy!

My favorite Costco so far across Cambridge-Kitchener-Waterloo area. Lots of parking, always able to find a cart inside, fresh merchandise and great selection. Staff always helpful and friendly. No traffic jams and relatively easy access to gas station.

There is this guy assisting the cashier I think his name was will. He had such an amazing vibe and energy. He truly made my day because he was super positive. He truly deserves a raise or a promotion

Cleanliness and friendly staff! Every staff member is trying to be helpful. Even if it's not their area. Last year I visited another location and was sorely disappointed with stock on shelves, disasterous isles, and no staff to be seen.

Visited the store December 29 around 1 pm and the store was beyond a safe capacity of people for the size of the store. Long lines of people with carts full in numerous aisles and not moving and many carts abandoned as shoppers departed the building. Shoppers should have been limited entrance to maintain a safe capacity. This needs to be addressed as it violates building and fire codes set out I would think.

My favourite place to shop, definitely worth the membership. This year, I bought gifts for all friends and family from Costco and they all loved their gifts. Everything is designed with a client focus, for customers' shopping convenience. Associates are super friendly and helpful. You can even make it a day out with lunch/supper before or after shopping enjoying the fairly priced and delicious pizza or hotdog.

Everyone knows shopping this time of the year can be absolute mayhem, especially when you are searching for that one specific item(must have) just when we thought all was lost, he arrives with item in hand. Never had a Costco representative gone above and beyond the way Ben in merchandising did today. Thanks you so much Ben, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Worth the drive to Guelph! Good recovery on the front end for a Saturday morning after a line up explosion.

What more can you say but that you love Costco?! Lol this is a a great location. Organized, big, not too busy but it doesn't have all the options other stores have.
