We drove to this place specifically to try it! I’m very disappointed with the service 😢 We ordered earlier than the four people who came after us, and they ordered the same dishes. There were only two of us, yet we were the very last to receive our order. No matter how tasty the food was, the staff didn’t apologize, they worked slowly, and we had to wait a very long time for our order. It happened on December 7th at 5:30 PM, and we waited for almost 50 minutes.

My absolute fav spot for ramen you can't go wrong with any one of their bowls. The spicy Nagi might be my fav. It is perfectly filling and spicy. Opt in for the marinated egg! It's not ramen without it 😍

I’m new to the Guelph area and I was looking for a place to eat. I picked the first place I saw, and I’m so glad it was crafty ramen. I had the chicken tantanmen as per the chefs suggestion. It was so unbelievably tasty. Spicy broth, beyond flavourful. It appears to me that they use real egg noodles which had a satisfying chew. The service is top notch too. I will definitely be back!!!

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly, but I’m afraid to say the food was awful. I had the spicy chicken Ramen and for starters it was incredibly salty. I might have been able to put up with the saltines. Had there been an interesting flavour, however it Was so generic tasting I felt like they had done nothing more than throw in a chicken, bullion cube or, consider considering the chicken was ground like you would imagine, ground beef, that there was a package of El Paso taco meat spice thrown in. First time in my life, I’ve been compelled to write a review on food. It was really just a bowl of yellow coloured salty water with some noodles, Ground chicken, and if not for the green of the bok choy would have completely Met the taste and appearance of work camp rations.

I have been here a few times now, with friends, family, and on date nights. And I will definitely continue to do so!
My go-to dish is the spicy negi with chicken, it is super delicious. Its the perfect level of spicy where it has the kick but it doesn't hurt! The oni chicken bao were life changing though. Much smaller, definitely not a full meal but EXTREMELY delicious. They quickly became one of my favourite things on the menu.
The service is always quick, and the staff are super polite and accommodating, even when its super busy!
That being said, it does get very busy very quick. They have one larger table inside that is better for accessibility purposes, and is very nice by the window and can seat quite a few people. Its quite cozy! But if that isnt of concern there is also the bar style seating. It is rather limited though. So id say definitely try and get there before the dinner or lunch rush! The patio seating during the summer is my favourite though, but even then they fill up quickly!
Definitely one of my favourite local places and I will continue to recommend it!
