First time at Cultures. Tried the green goddess wrap and it was amazingly delicious! The filling was generous and fresh and made for a very satisfying lunch with a cup of tea. I think I am going to be a new fan of Cultures!!

Went for lunch on Monday and greeted the girl who had a face like a sour lemon. Miserable. The girl who made the sandwiches was equally as miserable. I get its not your ideal job but my god make the best out of it!! The sandwich would have been tastier if a bit of love had been put into it. Not my fave spot anymore. Cheer up love or get out of the service industry!!

The lady that works there not sure of her name but slim white with darker hair is amazing! Very attentive, friendly and helpful. Today I asked if I could get bit extra dressing she didn't even question..little things like this make me want to go back. This lady is superb on numerous occasions i was there def deserves a raise!Thank you.

I've been here for dine-in maybe more than ten times already. Food and service are great. I love the vegan green smoothie and the cobb salad. However, whenever I order through Uber Eats, they constantly get my order wrong. I ordered a green goddess wrap, but they used a regular wrap rather than a spinach wrap. It would be nice if they used a sticker/stopper for their drinks when delivering to keep it from spilling/for sanitary purposes. Also, it’s hard to modify an order on the Uber eats app since they don’t provide that option so you have to call them by phone.

Says they close at 7pm went there at 6:15pm they said they were closed. I think they were just too lazy to fire up the grills knowing they will have to clean up afterwards. Because of this I will never go there ever again.

The only thing is the vegan options were not labeled clearly however ,the staff was nice and they answered all my questions

Ended up putting chicken on two of our meals that was to have veggie alternative. Told her and she angrily took the bowls back and removed the chicken from them and threw the veggie option on top. I told her thatwas unacceptable for vegetarian and she refused to look at me or even speak! Worst service and attitude I’ve ever seen in a food establishment. Shame because honestly I love Cultures usually. :(

So decided to go for it and it didn’t disappoint at all. If Tempeh is served like this I can have it all the time. The only negative? The burrito is a bit small for me and not so filling. But taste, flavour and fillings are very good.For sure coming back and trying other plant based options.
