Staff really need to be replaced. I had points in my DQ app , one girl asked me You never spend money here and from where you get this points, so she didn't give me what I want. Me and my friends go regular at other DQ, so we have rewards. I will never go here.

Went for the buy one, get one for 99c double burger deal. Was definitely worth it. I'll be back for sure.

Got the smallest size royal blizzard for the wife on a hot day, which is just as expensive as the next smallest regular blizzard. When I got the blizzard it was literally just white ice cream. I asked the staff if they could correct it. Was responded to with that's just the way it is. We've ordered the same blizzard before and it was not like that and all we wanted was just a Tiny bit more on top or something. No was just shoved off the the side. Last time we will be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: We had a stroller and one of the buttons did not open the door.

For a fast food place there food is pretty good. I'd take it over mcd's anytime. Plus they have really good onion rings!
The staff was super friendly and the store was spotless. We ordered a Burger combo with sundae and chicken strip combo with another sundae. Barely any toppings on the sundae, and approximately 10 fries in each box. The chicken was old tasting but the Burger was fantastic. I'll try once more.
Terrible experience. Ordered a large blizzard that only had toppings in about a quarter of the cup. When this was brought to the attention of Milan and a replacement or a refund was requested an argument pursued. It escalated to the point that another employee had to push him into the back room to diffuse the situation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the staff. Will NEVER be back to this location.
