The staff were lovely and the ice cream was delicious but the pricing now is just atrocious.
2 small size blizzards were more than 15 dollars in total, which blew my mind. 2 small size blizzards are not worth 15 dollars, im sorry.

The chocolate dipped cone Is a disappointment. Worked many years in ice cream businesses. The Dip is Way to diluted and ice cream too. Dip texture is Litteraly transparent. Ice cream runs instantly and It's their trade mark product. Just Too bad...shame....

Very rude and disrespectful manager/supervisor. A typical "Karen" and acted very rude and disrespectful to employees and customers especially of all days such as Canada Day. Wouldn't recommend this manager/supervisor as well as this location to anyone around Guelph.

Visibly disrespectful towards delivery staff. It’s unnecessary and not a good reflection on restaurant.

If you love waiting for fast food service for 40 plus minutes, this is your place to go, cuz why did I wait that long for two blizzards??? Like honestly I waited through two whole rushes and I was standing there the whole time, watched people who came after me come and go and I’m still left there waiting. And the fact that I made eye contact with multiple workers multiple times throughout me waiting shows they don’t care, cuz the least they could’ve asked was what I’m waiting there for. Like I guess you could say it’s my fault for not letting them know sooner that I still hadn’t gotten my order. I’m short but not that short that you need a microscope to see me. Honestly have never felt more angry in regards to ice cream, and at the end of it all, I didn’t even feel like eating it after I told them to make my order. Had to though cuz I paid for it (for the last time, not coming back) and the cherry on top was how they had the audacity to give me half melted ice cream. Hire me here and I’ll show them how you handle a rush and what not to do when you see someone waiting for quite some time.

Consistent in being the slowest drive-thru of all time, regardless of if you’re the only car or not. Last night I ordered a mini blizzard, was the only car in line, and waited 15-20 minutes. If this was a one-off I’d be less annoyed, but it’s on par with all previous experiences. Absolutely painful.

I haven’t been to a Dairy Queen for a while but we were in the moose for a blizzard so went here for a quick trip. The place seemed a little run down and outdated compared to other fast food restaurants in the same plaza and the service seemed to take a while for our order (2 blizzards). As I said I don’t know for sure if this is just how Dairy Queen locations look like now but compared to other fast food in the area it was definitely lacking.
