So disappointed. Paid 65 dollars for an iice cream cake I had it delivered due to being sick, it was terrible looking. Smeared icing the ice cream barely covered the fudge and when you cut into it the fudge wasn't throughout the entire cake. We get an ice cream cake for everyone's birthday this is definitely the worst one we have ever gotten . QUALITY HAS DEFINITELY WENT DOWN AND PRICES HAVE WENT UP .

Went spontaneously to get a winter blizzard had to wait a bit because they didn’t have the ingredients out, which was fine, saw the person struggle to get caramel out of the package. We left after paying and had a spoon full in the car and it tasted almost all like vanilla. Went back and asked for them to make ones with more flavour and got two new ones. I’m not sure what the issue was here(new employee or the person making them just didn’t care) but one was only 3/4 full and there was more flavour but it was almost melted by the time we got home and normally it says more frozen. Plus there was a hole in one of the cups and it leaked in my car. Would not recommend going to this one based on this experience and I will drive further to StoneRoad, as this was supposed to be a fun experience but ended up not being so.

I have to say how thoroughly pleased I am with this particular location. It is the best location I have enjoyed so far in Guelph. The staff are always top shelf and truly professional. They are very friendly and helpful every time I walk in there. I never wait anymore than 5 minutes maximum even when they are super busy. This operation is kept very clean and organized. Also, I will say that their customer service skills are second to none. Literally. They are a very knowledgeable and cohesive team. They're always smiling and laughing as they achieve greatness on behalf of this location. I've been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for 42 years now, and this is the team I would want to work for me. Well done everyone, I'm proud of you. As a side note, I'm in their location at least 3 days a week, because I love the level of service, I've come to know and get everytime I walk in the door. Thank you so much for being here. Great service! Went to this Dairy Queen when I accidentally forgot to order a cake for a graduation party. Thankfully there was a large cake in the freezer, and seeing/sensing my stress, employee (owner??) not only wrote what I asked in the cake, but made it look amazing, and like I’d ordered it advance!! And it turned out an ice cream cake was perfect for the day! Thanks for saving me from my mistake @Dairy Queen Eramosa Road Guelph!!

Came to this location with my two toddlers and got two small blizzards and a Pineapple ice cream sundae With extra pineapples. As I wanted my toddlers to share one blizzard, I asked for an extra cup And the cashier initially said yes, but someone came and spoke to her in their language, and she soon came after to say that she could not give me an extra cup. Furthermore, I paid a dollar and some change for extra pineapples on the pineapple sundae and there was literally no extra amount of pineapple on the sundae. I asked the girl If she added more pineapples and she responded yes and I asked her how much comes on a regular Sunday if this is how much comes when you buy extra and she said just a Few pieces. A regular sundae is $4.99 or something plus tax. So you’re paying almost 5 dollars to get a few pieces of pineapple according to the workers here. I am not sure why it’s called a Sunday at all at this point it’s literally just vanilla ice cream topped with a few pieces of Canned fruit. Furthermore, I knew that the Sundays come with a lid the size of a cup, so I asked for a lid and of course, that is how I got my extra cup that I initially asked for. Very disappointed in the customer service here. There was no care or concern. Will never come to this location again.
