I have to say the young man working was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a strawberry sundae which unfortunately was not great. Suggestions would be to use less air in your icecream and turn the machine colder so your icecream could actually form the correct ball shapes and curl that DQ is suppose to be known for.

Most under staffed Dairy Queen I’ve even been to, always have MAX 2 people if you’re lucky, even when there are 10+ people waiting to be served. They also don’t scan your DQ app code, they’ve said “it’s broken”for a year now which means no points, go elsewhere if you want them ??

So this location is either a big hit or a massive miss. One employee clearly hates his job, goes at a snail pace & then rushes you when ordering or picking up your order. He has blatantly told me on many occasions he hates it. ?
When the teenagers are there, they're great. There's 1 girl and 2 guys specifically who work after school hours. They're quick, efficient, patient & do an excellent job. They work hard and get things down well. They can handle crowds and lineups and still seem to be happy.
Dietary restrictions: This location refused me a cake order because I requested gluten-free. I ended up going to another location in our city & they did it for us, NO PROBLEM
Parking: Large lot for tons of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap button isn't always functional.

Ordered a Reece’s blizzard on June 19 at 2pm. The blizzard had very little Reece’s chocolate, and they instead added a thin cheaper dark chocolate. I order this frequently at other locations and could easily tell the difference. Head office needs to have their rep visit and enforce quality policies.

Food is average. Nothing special about the service. Feels outdated inside. And they don’t give rewards points if you are a DQ member. They always say the scanner is broken. So I’m not sure why they don’t fix it.
They are also not on the app, so no mobile ordering. Not my favourite location.
