Two stars for the young man who had to fend for himself during an evening rush. We witnessed the older manager/owner just leave him alone last night and disappeared in the middle of making orders while there were a line up to order and a line up waiting for orders placed. They really need some help over here.

Our go to ice cream shop. They have ice cream cakes, logs, and frozen desert pies as well. Various Chilli dogs, orange jullious drinks. Prices are fair considering today's going rates. Wait times can be a bit much but I understand they have to prepare the ice cream. Still never had any major issues.

Consistently the slowest customer service. If you're the only customer in the shop prepare to wait ~10 minutes for a two item order, if there are three or more customers in the shop you may be there for 40 minutes or more (I truly wish I was exagerating).
Also they do not allow customers access to their washroom which I'm fairly certain is illegal in Ontario.

I ordered a banana split, and the employee (an older man) cut the banana with his bare hands, without using gloves or utensils. This was very unhygienic and honestly quite disgusting. Food should always be handled with proper hygiene and care.

Charged my debit card twice. When I went back with my bank statement to prive it told me it's not their problem. Its the bank's problem to deal with. Wouldn't even give me a credit to use another time

Customer service is awful. Place is dead and two workers moving as slow as molasses. paid 7$ for a vanilla cone waited 10minutes. I dropped it exiting their door and I asked them nicely if I could get a replacement. He said no and so I threw it out and left. I will stick to mcflurries and marble slab. Better customer service. What a waste.

I got medium cone looks like xsmall it's too expensive I paid 4.85 it's not worth for money im just wondering how small will look like and i asked the guy is it medium and he said yes so I return it I didn't get my money back because I didn't want it Just left $4,85 tip for them

I’m not sure if all locations have to have the same prices or not. But when I went to get a cake there the 8” was $46.99. When I brought it to the counter to get writing on it. The ONLY employee working told me I would need to wait while she watched the hotdog in the microwave for the customer ahead of me. I said no problem and stepped aside with my cake. While I was waiting the owner (i presume) said to me “put the cake in the freezer. She needs time”
I put the cake in the freezer and said I would come back later. I then decided to drive to the stone road location where I was very shocked to find out the exact same cake was $39.99!!! Not on sale.
The Paisley location has been rude to us before, but close to home so we return. But after this price difference. I don’t think I will be returning.

Service was fantastic, however I could not get over that lingering cat litter box smell. I am not sure what cleaner they use there. It sticks like a dirty litter box. If you go in there, hold your breath.
This location needs to hire more staff. I’ve never seen more than 2 people working at a time and they always move as slow as molasses. You definitely need more people on Sundays, with Crumbl there now, they are closed Sundays and we saw about 7 cars drive there and realize they were closed and they walked over here and then waited in line for almost ten min and didn’t move so they walked out.

Ordered 7 blizzards and I asked for 2 Reese's peanut butter cup blizzards and when we got home there was no chocolate in them.... It was just peanut butter ice-cream. The rest of them were fine but still very disappointed to not get what I paid for.
