The Hamilton branch could have hired a friendlier staff, accommodating.
I was "banned" from Dough Box!!! The website was not working so I preordered on the phone. I was told to come down to the restaurant in 15 minutes to pick up my order. When I arrived, my order had not been started. I paid and was told to return in another 15 minutes. I did so, but when I returned, my order was again not even started.
