We enjoyed our dinner at Bardo, 3 burgers and 3 different pizzas as well as the beet salad. All were delicious, the burgers were all perfectly cooked and the accompanying French fries were delicious. The MVPizza was great, as was the apple bacon and the beesting had the perfect amount of heat. Our server was excellent and very attentive.

My family had lunch at Bardo yesterday. We would give them 10 stars if we could! Our server, Nathan was awesome! He was friendly and attentive. Two of us had ordered two different pizzas. They were both amazing. The other member of our party had soup and salad which was also yummy. The cherry cheesecake which followed was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch experience and look forward to our next visit.

Overall dinner at Bardo's was a lively and enjoyable experience. We were looking for a mother daughter date night and this was the perfect place. We shared the Brussel sprouts which were very yummy and not too filling. My daughter had the short rib and I had the Bardō bowl. Both were delicious and filling. My only feedback was the bowl was a bit overdressed and oily but that's more my own preference. We are gluten free and there were enough meals to choose from ( moderately disappointed there was no gluten free pasta or pizza option. ) curiously there was no gf dessert option... a flourless chocolate cake or mousse would have been nice but alas I digress. The service was good and I'd definitely go back.
We had a great evening at Bardo. Food was good, very busy Wednesday night, but service was above and beyond. Danielle was attentive and had great recommendations, refreshing attitude and great at her job. We will return and hope to get the same staff! The beef short rib was extremely tender and rest of food was great. Thank you!

I was able to get last minute reservations on a Sunday night after the Elora Christmas Market. Great food and service. Thank you Melissa! Was able to get accommodations for allergies. Gluten free, and allergies to nuts, sesame, shellfish and poppy. I started off with the beet salad which was delicious and then had the steak frites for my main. It had a very nice ambiance but also not too loud where you can have clear conversations with your table. Overall great experience and will definitely come back.

This is an exceptional brunch experience. The early bird before 9:30 for $39 including two alcoholic beverages is excellent value. The food itself was a mix of tapas style à la carte from the kitchen as well as self service for the rest. Very good quality for AYCE. Highly recommend and absolutely will be returning regularly. The staff were very energetic and helpful. Defs give it a go. Actually don’t. I want to make sure I can get a table when I’d like!
