Cash only. Food is good but a bit on expensive side.
The baked goods are so delicious. It’s worth the line up for the best pastries and desserts you’ve ever had. The bakery itself is very tight, with nothing more than a little display case, a few stools and lots of flyers posted on the walls. It’s not fancy but the food is absolutely top-notch. Note: they only accepted cash when we went.
Eric the baker is by far the best bakery in Guelph! Food is delicious, Amazing customer service, and short time to get your food!
My favorite bakery in Guelph
Small locally owned French bakery - what a hidden gem for Guelph! Got a big batch of croissants and this AMAZING spinach/cheese swirl (my only regret is that I didn’t buy more). Iced coffee was great and prices were reasonable.
Limited seating due to storefront size.
Cash only
Tip: e-transfer accepted.
My first time and got butter croissants. The butter flavour is phenomenal and flakiness was perfect. I was going to order two croissants for my partner and I, but found out I could send an e-transfer and ordered 6 instead. Which I'm so grateful for because we both immediately grabbed for a second croissant after eating the first.
Cash only, and it's worth it. Best sausage rolls I've ever had (you have to eat them hot and fresh for best experience)
Always a treat to visit this bakery!
One of the best in Ontario bakeries I'm from Kitchener I drive 30 minutes to buy now you have to think about why I drive 30 minutes you can try your self you will find
This is a hidden gem in downtown Guelph you gotta check out. The atmosphere is laid back and cozy. The gentleman at the front was super helpful and kind, service was great. I also liked the community bulletin board with events and the likes. Overall highly recommend!

Who closes in the middle of the week, let alone for an entire month?
Pathetic.
Wonderful selection of French pastries, both sweet and savoury. Amazing quiche!
Service is slow but staff are very helpful and friendly. CASH ONLY
The shop is very cute and smells wonderful. Unfortunately, the croissant was disappointing. I went around 9am on a Saturday, and the croissant I got was cold. The texture was nice and flaky, but lacked the buttery taste of a good croissant. It tasted more of flour, so maybe it was just a bad batch.
I have the best experience every time.
We stopped in before the Santa Claus parade and ordered two hot chocolates. The gentleman was so nice and friendly. We grabbed a bag of cookies to go as well. Once we had our first sip it brought me back to how my grandmother use to make hot chocolate with homemade whipped cream. The cookies were delicious and also reminded me of the cookies my grandmother made us as children.
We passed after the parade in hopes to buy more cookies but he had closed for the evening. We will definitely be back when we go into that area again.
