Really bad managing this store. Before 4pm on a Sunday when they close at 6pm they didn’t have one single donut. First and last time coming to this place and I will make sure to spread the information.

These are the best donuts. They are simple, taste and feel is amazing. Not disgustingly cloying like other donut places. We arrived near close, there wasn't a big selection so they topped a couple plain donuts for us. Great service, great donuts, great prices.

If you’re looking for a treat, guilt free, not overly sweet or working out & watching your macros; fluffy glaze is your go to. Whenever I’m in the Guelph and KW area I always grab a dozen donuts. I love how I can eat a few donuts and not feel guilty! I saw their advertisement on IG and I knew I had to try it. I’m a huge fan of the cinnamon sugar donut and my son loves the sprinkle donut. I have yet to try the Nutella donut, and it seems like no matter what time I come it’s always sold out! Hopefully one day I can catch it. The donuts are nice and fluffy (as the name says). One thing I didn’t quite agree with is the $1 up charge for the Boston Cream donut because it has a filling. Fluffy Glaze needs to open a store in Elora or at least the north end of Guelph.

Went in to try donuts as the gym I go to gives a discount and raved about them. When I asked about the discount I was then made to talk on the phone with the owner even after I said I’ll pay full price. Then after being given the discount the cashier blamed me for her boss being mad and another customer leaving because she couldn’t figure out the till to cash me out. I asked about the discount because I didn’t know what it was and then constantly asked just to pay full price

Great option instead of Tim Hortons, supposedly very low in sugar compared to other options. Inside is kind of lacking in substance but so long as the product and service is good what does it matter how the place looks.
