My reason for a bad rating is due to the bouncers and their behaviour. They let in such a small amount of people at a time on nights where there is clearly enough room for those freezing out in the cold. Don’t get me wrong the music is good, however totally not worth the time spent outside or the way the bouncers will totally ignore you. My friends and I once spent a night waiting a little over 2 hours just to get in. Totally not worth it and if you want to have fun, walk down to trappers where you can get in much faster and still have a good time if not better.

Absolutely racist place. Staff targeted us from the start and treated us differently for no reason. We were thrown out of the club purely because of racism, despite doing nothing wrong. Disrespectful, humiliating, and unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs. Never recommended 👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible service and staff. Bouncers accepting bribes at the door regardless of if you are under age or not and not letting people from the line in who have been waiting an hour for entry. The blonde bartender is extremely rude only serving men in between taking shots behind the bar. Bouncers supposed to be working for the security of everyone in the bar are just sitting on their phones or talking to girls. Don’t waste your time here go to trappers or Pablo’s instead where you will receive mediocre service which is a thousand times better than what franks could ever provide.
Franks has basic DJs who only play radio pop music. They make the line build up before they allow people in. I think it’s overatted it. Why are they playing APT by Bruno mars should be more john summit.

ive been going to franks for the last year or so and i usually love going to franks but this particular bartender has always been so rude. just last night i didn’t get served at the bar for over 20 minutes while waiting with my sister and her boyfriend, she was the only bartender working at 11pm on a saturday night for some reason and only served guys who were by themselves or in larger groups and did not even bother serving the other side of the bar?? the people beside me did not get served either so we eventually gave up and sent my other friends over who got drinks almost immediately. this is unfortunately not the first time i’ve experienced this behaviour for this specific bartender. this blonde bartender has almost never served us and either ignores us until someone else serves us even if im directly in front of her, or on the rare occasion she does serve my sister or i she has the most awful attitude EXPECT when shes serving small or larger groups of guys… she has also on a few instances cut us off for no reason whatsoever and on a separate occasion cut my sister off after she had ordered one drink. she wasn’t drunk at all since we had just arrived and this bartender refused to serve her. im sick of this awful service and the waiting for drinks is ridiculous on a saturday night when shes the only one working. for some reason this female bartender always has a problem and im not sure what it is. on the other hand the bouncer that let us in was very nice. my nights at franks are perfect when she’s not working!
