The service at this location is unacceptable. The staff are unprofessional and poorly trained.
I strongly recommend the Guelph Downtown branch instead — the staff there are friendly, efficient, and know how to treat their customers. This branch, on the other hand, seriously needs to improve or reconsider its approach to customer service.
I just have noticed that multiple negative reviews arose due to poor and unprofessional customer service, but they are still getting worse.
I think there should be a change at the management and train the employee properl

The young lady ( Indian) serving me made half my burrito and then chose to serve the Indian man behind me before finishing mine. She did eventually finish mine but in my opinion one customer should be finished before another is served. The meat was also pasty and gross. Do not recommendat all

Wow wow wow! Finally a burrito that has some spice to it! I am blown away by these burritos. I got a classic chicken, but all the spices mix so well. Next time I will try buffalo. If you are looking for a burrito you need to come to Fresh! It’s worth it.

The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Honestly, I’m surprised by some of the negative feedback because my visit was nothing short of great. They’re definitely selling great food and providing a wonderful dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon.
