I picked up Burrito Bowls for my boyfriend and I last night. The guy at the counter was friendly and quick. My issue, however, came when I watched another employee packing an online/to go order for a customer who seemingly was not yet in the store. He dropped the box of food on the ground, picked it up and continued to serve the food, placing it with the other order items at the till?Definitely not the most hygienic place

I was really wanting a bowl , really wanted burrito boyz but baskin robins was next door to fresh burrito.This was absolutely the worse bowl I have ever had. The amount of rice they gave you was less than you would probably get in jail. The chicken looked disgusting and tasted even worse. The toppings were less than minimal. It was just a salt lick with a few toppings. I have had my salt intake for a month in one day.

Food is extremely inconsistent.. when it’s made we’ll it’s delicious but every-time we go in a different person makes our food and has completely different standards on how things are made.I was also once charged extra for cheese when it doesn’t say there is an additional cost on their menu or app, then the next time not charged for it.Your very average burritos! Not the worst but not the best.
