We got 2 bowls and took them home only to discover the noodles weren't cooked. Can't really eat your bowl with rice noodles that are hard..

This was my first time at this location. The food had a tiny portion of chicken for $17. The customer service was appalling. I greeted myself when I walked in even though the two employees saw me. It was not busy. The woman who took my order didn’t reply when I said hi the second time at the register, so I began my order. She looked at me with a stank face up and down, then just told me my total. She did not provide my SALAD with a fork or napkins which I had to ask the other worker for. Fortunately the other worker realized I was not impressed and changed her tune. Hire some people with customer service skills as I will not be back.

Ordered through Uber eats and they forgot to send me the drink I ordered. They also didn’t send me any of the protein from any of the 3 bowls I ordered. I paid extra for that. I’m disappointed cause I was looking forward to the chicken and steak I ordered.

I was very excited to eat out for the first time in a while and knew I wanted to eat healthy, having recently gotten over sickness. I didn’t have long for my lunch break so I went to Freshii on Gordon St and ordered the first wrap on the menu (southwestern I believe) and substituted tofu for the beef as well as paid for one extra sauce (chipotle). The total was $16.09 so I was hoping for a substantial wrap, like I’ve had at the Freshiis in Toronto. My wrap felt like a limp, half-filled burrito when I picked it up and didn’t get any better. I ate 1/3 and kept tasting rice and sauce and that’s it, and really when I looked in, the helpings of corn, avocado, cheese, and tofu were so minuscule, I felt like crying, like I’d been ripped off for what I’d paid. I walked back and acknowledged the hard work of the guy behind the counter, apologized for having to ask for a refund, stated that I too have worked in food service and know it’s hard work, and that I simply didn’t feel this was worth the money and I was disappointed in the quality. He looked displeased, like he was too tired to deal with me, and tossed it in the garbage after beginning the refund. He asked, “do you want something else?” I replied no, I had to get back to work, and I left super disappointed. Paying customers shouldn’t be treated this way and I’m sorry to see that we as consumers are paying the same money for far lower quality (and quantity) of food. I wish I had a pic, but I wasn’t intending to write this review. I decided to, as I’m still thinking of the way I was treated, eight hours later.

Gotta say the service from AJ was first rate... extremely friendly and helpful. The menu had changed and my old fave wasn't on it but he steered me right and now I have a new go-to healthy option.

A great place for healthy bowls and smoothies. The staff truly cared about delivering great service: my custom bowl was prepared methodically and made with fresh and tasty ingredients. Freshii’s namesake holds true. I’m visiting from the United States, so I cannot compare it to Guelph’s typical fare, but it’s superior to our counterparts: Chipotle, Panera, and Cava. Would eat here again ?(Minus one point for ambiance, not because anything was wrong, but the seating is limited and with no music coupled with hard materials, the feeling is a bit cold)

A week ago i posted a negative review regarding the quality of food that i saw declining . Within 24 hours i had a response , and also an offer to rectify the issue. I chose to order my regular order and saw that the issues had been addressed and the quality was back to what used to be the norm. Awesome to see a business owner take negative feedback and correct it, Thank you !

We went there for lunch, and the gentleman that helped us was so polite, patient, helpful and accommodating.He obviously cares about his job and doing a job well done. He also helped us navigate some dietary restrictions.The location was clean and well kept.

Dietary restrictions: We have a few dietary restrictions and the gentleman helping us was so helpful, kind and patient and even went in the back and checked ingredients for us - which was very much appreciated.

The gentleman who served me today was just the bomb diggity. Such a down to earth person that you just wanna share your life story with. That kind of vibe is hard to find these days - especially in customer service. Freshii, no less. Bigs up to you man!!

Food is decent but the person at the counter "told me you can substitute x for y and charges me extra for the substitution. It also looked liked they were mocking my order especially, my lettuce allergy. All customers are encouraged to be mindful of scammers at the counter and to give it back to individuals at the counter incase, its clearly visible they are mocking your order, allergy, race or whatever else have you. My wrap wasn't even grilled as the other person just wanted to prepare the order and get rid of it. Female at the counter said "we can grill it" but it never was grilled. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage all other customers with allergies to do the same. $12.98 for a wrap with nothing is very expensive. Not going back ever again. Never. Waste of my money and time.

Today was my first time trying Freshii, and it did not disappoint! The salad I bought was so fresh, delicious, and visually appealing! The smoothie was the perfect flavour and consistency. I will definitely be back! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.
