Ordered pizza and received it 2 hours later. The first girl that I spoke to had NO idea and kept saying to give her 10-15 after it had already been an hour. Then a half hour later spoke to a man who said it would be abother 20 min. I shouldn't have had to pay for that pizza. Terrible experience. Never again. Fix your communication and customer service. Saying sorry after the fact doesn't help at all. Be upfront. Tell me it might take an extra hour. Give me the choice to go elsewhere!
The staff did not use hand gloves or wash their hands while handling food. Additionally, a black net-like material fell on the ground, and instead of cleaning it, the staff immediately picked it up and placed it back with the others. But very fast service though 🤔 👌
