I have been buying pies from here since the late 90s. Always fresh and piping hot. Pretty much every store has changed in that strip aside from Gino’s and the Beer Store. I like my pizza very specific and these guys nail it every time! Keep that oven hot and I’ll keep buying pies!

Disappointed by Miscommunication, Not the Food
I usually enjoy going to Gino’s Pizza for a quick bite, and I was looking forward to grabbing a simple cheese pizza combo with a drink and dip, something I’ve had before for around $7.30. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a bit frustrating. I ordered exactly that: a cheese pizza, a drink, and a dip. But because I didn’t say the exact name of the combo, I was charged separately.
I ended up paying $7.00 for the pizza and dip, and when I mentioned I asked for a drink, the staff insisted I hadn’t, which I definitely did. I had to pay an additional $2.50 for the drink, meaning I handed over a $10 bill and only walked away with a dollar in change. All for a meal that should’ve cost about $7.30 if the combo was applied.
The food itself was fine, classic Gino’s, but the experience felt dismissive. It would help if staff were a bit more understanding or clarified orders instead of assuming. I now know to say the exact combo name, but clearer communication on both sides would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

I walked in to grab a slice.. he said $9.. I said no. That's insane for one slice.. Most expensive 1 slice iv ever heard of.. The guy was rude... I left.

A slice above average. Delicious meat toppings and the wings were great. Crispy but tender, I got them sauce on side and no regrets.
-Good food and it has a variety of topings for your favorite pizza. Just order and comeback for you to be hassle free.

We ate tandoori paneer pizza from Gino’s pizza at Stone Road, Guelph but this time went to Silvercreek Gino’s. It’s January 9 at 12 pm and there was this middle aged lady who I thought was racist because I and my friends are Indian. She looked at us like she’s cross with us the moment we entered but greeted every white customer sweetly. We did a dine in and that’s why I was able to compare her level of treatment. Coming to food, she didn’t make it like one we ate at stone and it tasted 4/10.

Delivery of the pizza was within 45 minutes, the delivery was satisfactory. The quality of the toppings is 3 stars. However, the crust is where the disappointment starts and ends. We ordered two pan pizza. This was not cooked in an oiled pan. No fried and caramelized moist crust here. But there is a hard and chewy dough with a very dry mouth feel with flour. I will not be ordering from here ever again. All 3 of my sons described the dough as cardboard like and I agree.

The staff member at the store was very rude. We provided friendly instructions regarding our pizza, but he responded with arrogant remarks. This level of customer service was disappointing and unexpected. Additionally, the main door was left open, which is not acceptable as it could allow insects or mice to enter.
