We ate tandoori paneer pizza from Gino’s pizza at Stone Road, Guelph but this time went to Silvercreek Gino’s. It’s January 9 at 12 pm and there was this middle aged lady who I thought was racist because I and my friends are Indian. She looked at us like she’s cross with us the moment we entered but greeted every white customer sweetly. We did a dine in and that’s why I was able to compare her level of treatment. Coming to food, she didn’t make it like one we ate at stone and it tasted 4/10.

Delivery of the pizza was within 45 minutes, the delivery was satisfactory. The quality of the toppings is 3 stars. However, the crust is where the disappointment starts and ends. We ordered two pan pizza. This was not cooked in an oiled pan. No fried and caramelized moist crust here. But there is a hard and chewy dough with a very dry mouth feel with flour. I will not be ordering from here ever again. All 3 of my sons described the dough as cardboard like and I agree.

The staff member at the store was very rude. We provided friendly instructions regarding our pizza, but he responded with arrogant remarks. This level of customer service was disappointing and unexpected. Additionally, the main door was left open, which is not acceptable as it could allow insects or mice to enter.

Love the store. But will not use online. I cannot even look at menu unless I give personal information. No thanks after clicking on silvercreek shop in Guelph. It is asking for postal code before viewing menu. Never click cause imagine next step is address and phone number.
No thanks if need to give postal code to look at menu. I X out and go to another pizza place that offer no info required to view menu.
Hope changes I am not only one that does this.

Worst ever pizza i ever had. take my advice store owner fire your whole staff and hire new ones otherwise shut down your store so that people can save themselves to eat that kind of pizza which is worst than hell.????

Tried a slice last night and to be honest, it was subpar at best! Very run-of-the-mill crust, with the tiniest amount of salt you could imagine. There wasn't enough toppings and overall it just left me dissatisfied, overall just a mediocre slice for my $6
Gino's is top notch excellent pizza's everytime I go there , I have tried other pizza places nothing compares to Gino's Staff is very pleasant with smiles I highly recommend GINO'S

I ordered pizzas online this afternoon, and was told in the confirmation email that they would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the pizza shop almost a 40 minutes later, they only just started making the pizzas, claiming they were busy.
