Gino's is top notch excellent pizza's everytime I go there , I have tried other pizza places nothing compares to Gino's Staff is very pleasant with smiles I highly recommend GINO'S

I ordered pizzas online this afternoon, and was told in the confirmation email that they would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the pizza shop almost a 40 minutes later, they only just started making the pizzas, claiming they were busy.

This might be the best slice in town. Definitely the best ginos location, a good pizza maker makes a huge difference. They care and put the quality into it. Here, and market fresh are best for lunch slice in town for sure! keep it up

I oder a pizza 30 minutes before ( February 18th 1:45am) I came the shop at 1:45 to oder the pizza and the guy at store front was so rude and told me I can’t oder pizza right now, because he is closing the store. I believe its open till 2 am. Even if your not ready to take the oder tell it in a polite way. I didn’t get such a rude behaviour from any pizza shop in guelph. Not going to oder anymore pizza from Ginoz pizza unless they are going to correct the emplyoees. Not recommend to anyone ??

I ordered three pizzas online yesterday afternoon, and was told in the confirmation email that they would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the pizza shop almost an hour later, they only just started making the pizzas, claiming they were busy. I checked with them that the pizzas would have a whole wheat crust (as indicated on my online order). Not only were my pizzas extremely late, but they didn't have whole wheat crusts.Please do better. If you make a mistake, take responsibility for it - "oops, we missed the order and we'll get to it now" and "oops, we missed that it's supposed to be whole wheat crust." Acknowledgement feels much better to me as a customer than denying that mistakes were made.
Pizza is fine. $5.50 for 1 slice is insane.Vegetarian options: Not great. But they exist

One of the best pizza store in guelph.There pizza is perfectly cooked and it tastes amazingly delicious. The store is clean and well organized. The cook over there is very kind and professional. The pizza driver mr sadiq is very nice and polite man.

Every. Single. Time. We order pizza from here, the middle is totally uncooked. The entire slice falls apart as soon as you pick it up. I don’t get how it could be so difficult to make a pizza, especially considering Gino’s is a long time favourite from other cities. It’s sad. The pizza honestly looks sad.I would avoid this place at all costs. Maybe try another Gino’s or another company altogether.
