ORDERED ON SKIP APP AND FOOD WAS WARM INSTEAD OF COLD INCLUDING POP AND THEY MADE HANDROLLS INSTEAD OF MAKI ROLLS WHICH WE ORDERED AND THEY CHARGED US FOR GINGER WHEN ITS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MAKI AND SUSHI. ALSO CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOKED AND SPRING ROLLS NOT FULLY COOKED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY (AND A BOUT OF FOOD POISONING) AND DONT GO HERE- I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Tried some Japanese food here in guelph but here at Gordon Sushi House was on fire (exceptionally good). Shrimp tempura size and coating was great, miso soup taste like asia, generous serving for pork katsu don and fresh seafood don. Overall It has an authentic land of the rising sun taste. Service was fast and great. Call or order online right now.

Tasted absolutely amazing and the service was great but i got sick literally immediately after with food poisoning and so did my partner. In some of the worst pain of my life rn and ive had to make repeated dates with the toilet. Sushi is one of my favorite foods , which makes me sad about this.

Fresh sushi every single time. Can’t get over their Salmon rose. I could eat it all day for life. I always recommend them whenever someone asks me for a good sushi place.

I can’t believe I’m a fourth year student at the University of Guelph just discovering this gem of a place! I have been twice because I currently have a night class and get quite hungry afterwards. The food is fresh and delicious…also very reasonably priced for what you get. I will definitely be coming here regularly

Went in tonight they were super busy with college kids moving in But the staff was polite kind and we told them to please take there time Everything was made fresh to order was delicious looked famous and was zero left and nobody was hungry I give this place a solid 10/10 Bravo

Gordon Sushi House is no frills. It knows its strengths: fast, inexpensive, and super tasty. It’s a single counter and a single table under a condo building, and it has the best spicy salmon rolls you’ll find in Guelph. If you want sit-down service and fancy sake, go elsewhere. Gordon Sushi House knows that what you REALLY want is to sit in your pyjamas at home watching Netflix while you eat sushi, and it has your back.

I don't know why a spicy salmon roll is essentially a tempura roll which tastes like it was cooked in oil from 20 years ago. No spices mayo and I don't know how you consider this a salmon roll, with almost no salmon. Every roll was smashed together, so as you try to take a piece out, every single roll unraveled. The avocado is all full of black and I feel like this is not even close to fresh.
Maybe I ordered uber eats on the wrong day, but this was just not up to par with other local restaurants with similar offerings .

Really disappointing. The spicy salmon roll didn’t have any spicey mayo or vegetables in it. It was just salmon, rice and the crunchy stuff. Very bland and boring and didn’t taste fresh. The whole meal cost 35.00 but it wasn’t worth it

This is one of the most consistent restaurants in the city. They are always punctual, accurate, and extremely friendly.
Whenever we have sushi cravings this is our spot. We’re also a big fan of their udon soups!
