Best Bubble Tea in Guelph – Hands Down

I’ve tried many bubble tea spots over the years, and Gotcha Bubble Tea in Guelph is by far my favourite. My last two visits completely impressed me — the tapioca pearls were incredibly fresh, with a texture and flavour that honestly tastes homemade. Easily the best tapioca I’ve ever had.

I tried the Signature Thai Milk Tea and Royal Milk Tea, and both were absolutely delicious — super flavourful and smooth. Just a heads-up: if you don’t like your drinks too sweet, I’d recommend going for 50–70% sugar, as the full sweetness might be a bit much for some.

The vibe in the store is also really nice — chill music, clean space, and a welcoming atmosphere. I actually tried Gotcha for the first time through Uber Eats, and it was so good that we had to go check it out in person — and it did not disappoint!

Also, don’t skip the egg waffle — it’s one of the few places where it actually tastes like it’s made with real eggs. You can taste the quality and authenticity in everything they serve.

I first tried Gotcha through Uber Eats and was blown away by the quality of the drink—the boba was so fresh, easily the best I’ve had. I liked it so much that I visited the store the very next day to see if my first experience was just a fluke. It wasn’t! The drinks are consistently amazing, and I love that they farm their own tea. This place has officially become my new go-to.

This will be our new favorite tea spot! Lots of unique options. The slush was fantastic. There is lots of room to sit and talk with friends. Highly recommend!

We got milked

The staff was rude . It seemed like she doesn’t want to work there. I don’t know what’s wrong with her. At least have some smile on the face. 😒

My girlfriend and I would come every single day and spending over 300$ every month, one day the old lady started being rude and acting rude with my and girlfriend and I for no reason, we tried to talk to them but they didn’t wanna listen to our concern. ITS NOT LIKE IT USED BE. Drinks are overpriced as well

Worst bubble tea place in Guelph. They made my drink incorrectly and it tasted like ice, zero flavour what so ever. There was huge chunks of ice (suppose to be a smoothie) when I asked them to remake it (since it’s $10 for one drink) the lady was yelling at person I was speaking with getting mad about the drink. They remade it and it was even worse than the first one so I took my loss and left with it. Won’t be coming back either especially due to the customer service.

This is definitely our go-to place for bubble tea! The vibe and ambiance are really nice, making it such a chill spot to hang out. Plus, the drinks are always on point! Can't get enough of it!

I’ve been here several times. Their drinks are delicious nothing to complain.But today I only give 3 stars because the cup is so cheap.She gave me a drink and it spilled out.That was bother me.

the bamboo charcoal milk tea kinda tastes like a tieguanyin milk tea but much richer and thicker and creamier. the specialty tea was super refreshing - at 0% sweetness it is the perfect sweetness

there are also lots of outlets available and board games at the front to play :)

Workers are nice, but the bubble waffles taste horrible ??. Would give 0 stars if i could!
