Gotcha Bubble Tea Guelph

Never had an order messed up so bad and the complete refusal to correct it. Please note: do not order off of their top 20 board

My girlfriend and I would come every single day and spending over 300$ every month, one day the old lady started being rude and acting rude with my and girlfriend and I for no reason, we tried to talk to them but they didn’t wanna listen to our concern. ITS NOT LIKE IT USED BE. Drinks are overpriced as well

Worst bubble tea place in Guelph. They made my drink incorrectly and it tasted like ice, zero flavour what so ever. There was huge chunks of ice (suppose to be a smoothie) when I asked them to remake it (since it’s $10 for one drink) the lady was yelling at person I was speaking with getting mad about the drink. They remade it and it was even worse than the first one so I took my loss and left with it. Won’t be coming back either especially due to the customer service.

This is definitely our go-to place for bubble tea! The vibe and ambiance are really nice, making it such a chill spot to hang out. Plus, the drinks are always on point! Can't get enough of it!

Zong made me a tasty tea . She was so professional and explained everything well! The tea was awesome.

I’ve been here several times. Their drinks are delicious nothing to complain.But today I only give 3 stars because the cup is so cheap.She gave me a drink and it spilled out.That was bother me.

Good service. I’d like to recommend signature fruit tea here with peach flavor. It is a nice place for me to study and hangout with friends

the bamboo charcoal milk tea kinda tastes like a tieguanyin milk tea but much richer and thicker and creamier. the specialty tea was super refreshing - at 0% sweetness it is the perfect sweetness

there are also lots of outlets available and board games at the front to play :)

Workers are nice, but the bubble waffles taste horrible ??. Would give 0 stars if i could!

The worst bubble tea I’ve ever drank in this country. The fakest on the material and cheapest on quality. First time visiting Guelph and invite friends to this bubble tea shop, I felt so sorry to all of us. Would never go there again.

Got four bubble teas for $40! Two of the dairy ones ended up giving both of us stomach aches.

Was good couple months ago but just had it recently and tasted really really bad, they used frozen fruits :( bought 4 and everyone threw it out,(was all slushes)

Charcoal milk tea was too thick, it felt like I was drinking sludge. Maybe it was because I asked for no ice, but that’s how I order my drinks everywhere else because the ice ends up diluting the flavour. Would not recommend this drink.

Also the tapioca was too soft. It had nice brown sugar flavour, but was too overcooked for my tastes. If you’re like me and nurse my large drink for a few hours. It ends up getting even mushier as time goes by. The texture reminds me of those cheap 5 minute tapioca bags you get from the asian supermarket. iykyk.

It was also way too expensive for what it is. It’s the most expensive boba I’ve ever paid for and not even close to the quality. $20 for 2 large drinks.

Mango sensation dessert. Best one I had so far!
