I love gotcha! The drinks & everything are always super great but honestly the workers are always miserable & unwelcoming. If you can get past that, the place is very large, nice to sit and play some games with friends and have great bubble tea!

We got the mango milk tea and the strawberry macchiato. Don’t ask for less ice, my drink came out a little warm but that was my fault. Definitely do regular ice. It was still really good! The macchiato was creamy and sweet! We also got the pork bahn mi (with just a little bit of the spicy sauce) it was so good didn’t even have time to take a photo we devoured it! Coming back for sure especially for the sandwich! They also have card games and board games with really cute seats near the front! Also by far the BEST tapioca boba I’ve ever had. So soft and chewy and it doesn’t get hard after a while still the same amazing texture!

I’ve tried several items from their top 20 drinks. I enjoy these drinks I ordered. Just hope they could offer longer straws for the extra large drinks cuz it’s impossible to get the toppings from the bottom of the drinks without opening the lids.

Gotcha was great! sooo many different drinks and customization was really good. I got the taro milk tea and it was delicious. Prices weren’t too bad either even though we got an X-large drink (which is huge and cost around 7.50). Big cafe with lots of seating and there are also board games. Definitely one of the best boba places in guelph. Can really taste the tea, only wish is that pearls were a little softer!

DELICIOUS! Friendly staff, good lighting, and lovely atmospheric music. I always get the signature milk tea with brown sugar tapioca. If you don't like your drinks very sweet, I recommend doing 50 or even 30% sweetness with the brown sugar tapioca. It's always a stop whenever I'm in Guelph.
